Is there some way you can implement controls, ( for better split screen playability) and online? (for when you don't have a friend over?)

I loved the demo, half an hour of solid fun, frustration and braining yourself against countless spikes and magic slimes only to find you have to bounce off their heads. I hope you make the snail at the end a boss, would be interesting if you had to use a ladder to flip him as he jumped over you...then another to jump on his exposed underbelly. 5/5

After thinking for a bit I realized that for some of the tricky one crystal levels you need to use your ladder to collect them... Very nice game!

It's possible to get all 50 with one player, you just have to be a bit creative. For the two that you are having trouble with. One of them you have to hop on the slimes to reach the end, and the other you have to build a ladder and let it fall down. It was actually rather easy. . .

I got 48 with one player but the last two are impossible to get alone. The one where there a two bats and you have to push a box through 3 falling blocks and the hidden one where you put a ladder on top of the 25 block required section and climb the ladder all the way up. 5/5. When does the full game come out?

A very fun and creative game. Extra credit must be given to how brutal the hop on head kills feel. And the puzzles are very creative and require brainpower rather than tedious patience or busywork. Small thing, but it needs a graphics quality adjuster though.

I can't get the last one. '-' At least in single player mode.
The one hidden in a secret room straight on top of the 25 diamonds barrier.

I'm pretty sure it's been said before, but most of your other games, while very creative and have interesting mechanics, doesn't have that 'hook' that keep players playing to the end. (at least, that was my case anyways)
This game though, it was interesting, it had a good mechanic, good artwork, and better than usual execution! Congratulations, Nitrome!

its a love , hate kinda thing with the ladder instead of a jump i get frustrated with itt and almost start looking for another game but at the same time thats what keeps me going. ha maybe i have played a game like it and prob gave up but thats because it probaly put in the game as well as it is in this game

Very well done. Interesting mechanic, and you've implemented it well. The pop-in pop-out 2nd player option is interesting and, again, implemented well. Pretty to look at AND fun to play? How dare you?

Would be nice of the map showed the secret rooms after you discover them. (Mostly so I can take advantage of the green diamond indicator.)

In the one secret room with the falling red blob and many ladder-turn-thingies, I may or may not be missing the intended solution but I can tell you for a fact that at least two of the turn-thingies do not work as they are supposed to

There are a number of hidden rooms that are sort of "proof of concept" for different types of puzzles. Probably the hardest one is near the "25 crystal gate" because it requires thinking like this is a puzzle game, not a platformer. @Black and everyone having a problem with it: you need to think with ladders. @Nitrome: great game, 4/5 (only because it is not a full game), greenlighting.
