Would be nice of the map showed the secret rooms after you discover them. (Mostly so I can take advantage of the green diamond indicator.)

In the one secret room with the falling red blob and many ladder-turn-thingies, I may or may not be missing the intended solution but I can tell you for a fact that at least two of the turn-thingies do not work as they are supposed to

There are a number of hidden rooms that are sort of "proof of concept" for different types of puzzles. Probably the hardest one is near the "25 crystal gate" because it requires thinking like this is a puzzle game, not a platformer. @Black and everyone having a problem with it: you need to think with ladders. @Nitrome: great game, 4/5 (only because it is not a full game), greenlighting.

@blackjack666 heres what you do. You summon the ladder on the first platform and send it down. Because it turns left to a wall, the ladder will be sent down. Then you push the next button to send the second platform left, thus moving the ladder into the gem. voila! you have the gem

Something to keep in mind for the harder puzzles is that ladders can be used to grab gems (no need to climb them yourself) and that ladders can be pushed around by objects like platforms.

Furthermore, one button needs to be held down to get out, and I can't seem to be able to do anything by combining the other button and timing (can't use ladder or else no getting out), and once I am down there, I can't find any way out, without using a ladder, which results in me being trapped by releasing the platform. So I see no way to do this with 1 player. With 2 players it is easy.

Is there a gem that requires 2 people. In the room with 2 buttons, one controlling a platform that goes down and then off to the left, the other controlling one that slides left, I can't figure out how to do it with just one player.

Even better than Faultline. I hope that your campaign succeeds, and that the full game keeps this same focus on puzzles over action -- I really enjoyed how most levels didn't need reflexes, only planning.

@Leboyo56, just randomly put ladders when you are in a tight place near a vertical path to another place, you will see that some walls disappear (sparkling) to other places. These places are quite challenging compared to ordinary places, and they contain 1 crystal each.

Everybody, get on steam and help Greenlight this game!
Up this post so everybody sees it!
Also, epic game, very very unique mechanic.
However, I'd like a tutorial somewhere.
Will it be in the full game?

Opening artwork reminds me *a lot* of Bastion. Which is a good thing. The game is actually pretty interesting though, I like it. Is a little choppy playing on Firefox, for me at least

Very creative, but the respawning blobs were incredibly irritating early on, and there doesn't really seem to be anything to keep players coming back.. yet

This game is amazing! my only problem is that the map isn't very useful in showing you were room connections that you haven't used yet are. Kinda minor, but in a game with branching paths and a "collect em all" mentality, it's a little frustrating

Flightless is a fantastic demo, however, I wasn't much of a fan of it. Don't get me wrong, it's an amazing game -- I just didn't find it suitable for any my pleasurable needs. For those who like puzzle-adventures; this game is definitely suited for your needs. One thing that caught my eye, was how well the developers implemented the two-player mode. Granted, you and your friend's hand may my playing twister on the keyboard but it's still silly fun. Overall, it was worth playing but not something that I, personally, would play again. Superb work on Flightless, NITROME. You've earned a 4.5 out of 5.

It's not bad. Good fun, but a bit simple. A bit too simple to go on steam, I'd say, but that's just my personal opinion. Even so, good luck to you, Nitrome.
