Another hint for noobs like me: if you choose Carry Over, make sure you save the game before retrying the day! If you don't do this, Carry Over glitches and does not actually carry anything over.

For those of you who, like me, have pathetic hand-eye coordination, I strongly suggest you start with the Hunter. His piercing crossbow makes it possible for you to hit things without having to put your crosshairs directly over them.

Maker of this game should start kick starter, make Elona shooter 2, with improved graphics, and stuff, put the game to Steam store, and get rich. Awesome work. This is my most played free game on internet, and i always recommend this game to new people.

This game...it was made 5 years ago, but it ROCKS. If mr. noanoa could make a sequel (no better quality, not 1 bazillion features, just some new guns and mods anddevs know better than me anyways) he would make a true masterpiece, unlike any other shooter game we have ever seen. I know 5 years is a long time, but i realy want a sequel for this diamond of flash gaming.

it seems that buying a new weapon(same level, same mod slots) means it is cheaper to modify. or was it the cheapening before buying.. oh gosh. this game is so deeep:p

Why is this impossible for me to save? Every time I log out, close the internet or turn the PC off my save and medals reset, what am I doing wrong?

If you liked this, make sure to play the game it's based off of: Elona RPG. Mind you, it's a roguelike, so it's even harder than this one.

best class to start with is one where you dont start with a companion because you get a better gun and then you can buy a companion after the first day if you have 400gp

5 years later and i still come back once every 3-4 months and recomplete the game. It's too good. A sequel would be glorious.

Note to self: Don't use Ragnarok again. I used it, and it spawned a bunch of laser-breathing dragons that instantly destroyed my castle. ._.

Ok, after I reached level 95 (and still going) here are some "tricks":
1) for your hero: a good class is hunter; equip him with a high rate and autofiring bowgun, bowmaster will make the arrows hit more times in a row; crippleshot skill will slow the fast ones. Concentrate a lot on fire rate: with a high fire rate your shots will move faster (making it simpler to hit the moving mobs) and you'll get the maximum gain from crippleshots
2) a good squad: 2 militia with gravity guns will do the trick; the third can use what you prefer; set the 3rd to attack air mobs, the gravity guns to do NOT attack air mobs
3) when you reforge a weapon, it's (always? I think so) the last mod that will be deleted; so leave the last slot of your weapons for the less powerful and more frequent mod;
4) Equip the gravity guns with 1 slot for leech, it will help a lot in regenerating your walls
