Poison water is borderline OP because poison wave + paralyse prevents attacks (which cripples burning hill and chaos desert). Poison death destroys 2 clan without removal (ice land, great sea) while dark wood is the only one that has a slim chance of winning with trade life and silence.

poison is not op, I have not actually played poison yet, but darkwoods damage reduce and then overpower+ life swap is much better, you would need a poison stack of about 30 to efficiently kill someone, darkwood with a stack of 10 will have base damage x number of shots- number of shots so late - game hitting for about 300 pierce + life drain which owns

bug(?): damage absorbing clan magic from the Great sea clan (AD) is unable to display numbers greater then 999 porperly (only 3 digits are shown)

It sucks that the enemies regenerate mana every turn even if they don't rest and you don't. It makes it impossible to win most of the fights because you always have only half of the mana available to everyone else.

How to win the game step by step
1: Choose poison
2:Get Paralyze and poision wave
3: Max those up then max mana then other stuff
4: Poision wave + Paralyze repeat

Lets count the votes: 5 for Soundinghorn, 2 for Flamier, and 5 for Theoden. Theoden clearly won here... definitely... wait..

There's a glitch with the audio that makes it randomly play several of the same sound clip on top of each other at random times. RIP ears

Glitch: Press the skill that does +5 damage, then the x2 damage one, then take away +5 then take away x2 then repeat, eventually you can get your damage up to the thousands... use massive bolt to make it unblockable.

*Other guy says five words* *ENTIRE MONTH PASSES*
*Meets the black robes recruiter for the 5th time and, despite said recruiter being no more powerful than the last 4 times, still has to fight again, despite having won every previous fight*
*Is the number one mage and the white mage and is about to become the great mage, but has to have some really epic battles f- oh wait no you get to skip two of these battles never mind*
Just reminding you that every game, whether you love it or not, is sometimes senseless, confusing, and even stupid... And may also have a bug where you press and hold enter in order to get infinite stat points... I won't tell you how to do it though! (Trust me, you can find it if you want)

hey, I think the sequel should have the option to continue one of the saved stories of this game, if the person didn't played it, then it uploads a ramdom story from another player, it would be just awesome if u played as anew character with ur old one in the story, just awesome.

The Hard badge didn`t trigger for me when it should. But it speaks volumes for the game`s quality that I really didn`t care, since I planned to replay this a few more times anyway.

In the final fight against battlebeard, I used additional power, 20 additional bolts total, and I activated burning. I did about 2,000 more damage than nessecary :P

Very fun, though I gotta say, poison water seeeeems pretty op. the whole poison and paralyse and poison and paralyse and poison... and paralyse... and poison... and paralyse isn't easy to beat

I love how when your a white robe in the final battle, they make it seem like such a big deal, and then you realize you are the only one DOING ANYTHING! XD Good game. Replay-ability is amazing, 5/5!

I am deeply, profoundly appreciative of an RPG with story development centred around both winning AND losing fights and battles. That is very rare. Loved it.

Main problem: Poison characters seem a lil' too overpowered. First I thought it was just Corruptor but then everyone was whacking me with my own small intestine. And also, the Chaos Desert characters don't really seem to notice if I'm using attack bolts, and hit me with them instead of colliding. Not sure if that's a power of theirs, but it's hella difficult to get around. I love the game though.

i played this when I was 7 or so and it was great, now i'm in high school, and its still such a great game, i would spend money for a sequel.

no matter how many time i play this, either as neutral, white robe or black robe, i cant help but feel sorry for Battlebeard. R.I.P

i was great mage, #1 mage, and magic master, when i was neutral. When i was a black robe i was only great mage. When i was white robe i was magic master and only that.

This game is Amazing, I love the interactive storylines, the gamer truly chooses where he goes, but ultimately his ending is determined by his skill in the end, it all hangs on whether or not the player used his time well. There are plenty of spells, plenty of enemies, and epic Zero-to-Hero progression, you decide the fate of the whole world.

I just wish the creator would make an endless campaign so we get to face maxed out computers and actually use our skills to the fullest. after a while it gets very easy and/or very repetitive.

So I got this Darkwood guy down to 40 HP and I still have 600. He used Trade Life so swap HP with me. But then I used an instant kill spell against his now-full HP. Immensely satisfying.

I started as a young mage, looking for what I sought. Then I met Flamier, and I thought of him as my guide, my trainer, my mentor. We fought many times, but I was always victorious. But, I took winning too far as I competed for the title of being one of the many legendary white mages, and he turned his back on us. The next time I saw him, it was not friend I faced, it was foe. With great sadness, I killed him, and eventually became the Great Mage. But I would give it all up just to keep Flamier at my side. (Great game, 5/5, it was one of the few games that made me [nearly] cry)
