How I play this game:
SKIP TUTORIAL
Mana cave until 20 SP (Skill Points)
Train Health to 100 and Mana to 150
then train the two attack bolts evenly.
Win the second battle
Train again...
Win the third battle
Lose to messenger, choose either options for SP
Get item for a bribe, you can still win the tournament
train train...
Go to tournament...
Win win win win win...
Forgive asassin, teach me how to torture...
Either fight or give back the Mana Orb, you still have it if you lose the fight same way with winning
Go to Ice Land, Be nice to beggar or else...
Ice land, Explore wilderness, Praise Childream and Learn magic.
Go to poison water, explore city or Dark alleys and find a powerful mage in a tavern, keep quiet, either watch him die or get antidote, kill him or make him terrified of you...
Train... become Magic Master (Learn all Spells from Magic Master in Great Hall)
If there are no events just go to arena and fight...

Oh... so entering Young Mage Contest, ranked 1 in the contest, have all spells upgraded, being Magic Master, ranked 1 on Book Of Mages, defeating a ton of people at the Great Sea War, Beating all the mages during the High Mage election, and being Mages of Mages is not notable? I should've burned anyone then.

Ok don't get me wrong guy i like this game and want a sequel but what are they going to make it in your opinion because i have no idea

When I used Poison Clan I chose to be neutral then I got to no. 1 by poison wave and paralyze. Then I killed both leaders of the black and white robes to be evil...

I like how even if you don't earn the top rank by beating mages, you still get auto-number one for being Great Mage. Its nice.

How do they trick POISON mage to drink poisoned potion? Shouldn't he know that there is poison it this? Except of this small detail this game is perfect. 5/5

@helloguys789 chaos desert's defense is it's offense.. overwhelming number of attacks plus burning their special to nothing means you're pretty much screwed lol

i wish this game was longer and had more challenging enemies end game... you just get them maxed out and you have no one left to fight... :/

oh i finally played with them all and i like poison water almost as much as dark wood so far, i haven't played enough with ice land one.. will do it last.

just when i thought i had the game figured out.. an ice guy in the arena shoots 20 attacks from up top o.O i thought the max was 15 then 5 extra in both directions i would understand then although he was not from chaos sand and i haven't played his clan yet, I've beaten it with 3 clans and that was still my first experience.

@samsam770- So i have just defeated him. He tells you that it is impossible since he's the most powerful mage and one of the 6 that wrote "book of mages". Then he runs and says "i must inform the others". Then i got a title- "invincible". Though i have done it like 2 months before the final battle so i don't know how it continues...

Brilliant great great game. 1st of all, you have to make a sequel! Second, i know it's an old game but maybe you can add character customization? that will make this wonderful game even more wonderful! Was the only thing i had missing. Or maybe just add it on the sequel :P

@samsam770 It's been a while since I did it, but as I recall he gives you an item that gives you plus 5 special a turn and maybe also the one that gives you one mor bolt on all basi attacks? can't recall.

Easter Egg: After becoming the #1 mage, talking to the mysterious hermit a lot will trigger a battle with him. If you lose he resets you to rank 99. Let me know what happens if you manage to beat him!

great and challenging game. 10/10
