it's devastating that the authorities and government has tricked people into believing they have no power to really stop it. The USA (UNITED states of america) is plagued with the ideal that the government is beyond their reach to stop except scream and yell in protest. Yet as citizens outnumber the authority forces, and government. We as citizens ALSO are part of the authority as we train to become the authority. We fight for freedom, yet the powers that keep things in check also have gone out of control themselves. the government serves US, and WE as citizens keep this nation moving with the jobs that WE perform, NOT them.

Isn't this ironic given even Kongregate gives the specific example of not being able to use mario in your uploaded games? Like, you hardly need SOPA to have this effect - this sort of legal shenanigans is already happening.

I don't see why this doesn't have 5 stars. Or at least 4. SOPA may have lost the battle, but it's only a matter of time before one of it's kin step foreword to claim one of our last sanctuaries: The Internet.
