Hate to spam the comments, but here's one quirk I have about the UI. You click somewhere, move the mouse, un-click, and then it counts as a selection where you left it. I'd like it more if the click and in-click had to be in the same menu item, but maybe that's just me. Better than just click to select, but still makes me accidentally place something I didn't want to. Seriously though, keep up the great work, it's great to see the K community finally support you guys!

Excellent CCG, not even including the fact it's free to play. I find that almost everything is balanced. I especially like being able to choose a new hand at the start once with no penalty, more times for less cards. Maybe one more free re-pick wouldn't hurt, but that's not significant. Also, I would like it if it was remembered what deck you were last using, but that's only when you quit the game entirely, so that's not a big deal either. Really, the only problem in game play is that you have a limited number of ship spaces in the field, though nothing you can do to replace them. Perhaps some kind of ability or menu item that uses energy to reclaim ships and put them back in the deck, or destroy them freely. Other than that, it's somewhat annoying to get cards, since is based almost all on luck. Still, I'm glad to see that NULLL games are finally in the credit I think they deserve. Sorry this is such a long read, hope you can keep your ratings high.

Quite Fun, just reading the top comments made me give 5/5 cause of sympathy :) After playing i found out, that it fit perfect. Thumps up for nice game, no pay and no essential multiplayer, not easy forme to play multiplayer after all. Keep on this, NULLLVOID!

You know what'd be sweet? If there were an auto-upgrade button in the deck editor that you could click and it would automatically replace any cards in your deck with their upgraded counterparts if available.

The computer has access to cards with better stats (for its rank) or different abilities (entirely--like one of those leech things with resistance for some reason) than those we can get. So, umm... either they're cards I haven't found, yet; you have duplicate names and pictures with different sets; or the CPU is cheating even on the very simplest missions. That, along with the depressing lack of balance, makes this only 4/5 (I still like the gameplay and art and all).
Those are custom cards - these can appear in certain gameplay modes like campaigns, challenges and wars. You can also enable them in quick fight mode by adding the morph space environment or randomizer deck mod, in which case these cards can also appear in your deck.

Well done developer on this game. It's better than tyrant, which is too luck-based, has tedious missions and leeches money off the user. Its also better than elements, which has utterly ridiculous cards, i gave that game up after they made a card that made your allies permanently attack your own base. This game's far more balanced and rewarding, keep up the good work.

5/5 hands down.
Just a little thing that wasn't good, for now : I have just finished the "level 100 in marathon mode" achievement, and it was maybe too long. That was first very nice to find the good deck to win against a harder and harder ennemy, (the good deck AND the good mod combinaison, to get 100% chance to win a card with every win), but after level 50-60, once you understood what will be necessary to win, it's just fifty times the same fight, with no challenge, no surprise, no change, just an ennemy base with incresed stats.
Maybe a little change : triple the difficulty's raise speed (every level = +1 in retaliation, regen or resist), and put the "ultimate marathon man" achievement at level 35 only. Same difficulty for the lasts stages, but no need for the player to play same thing dozens of time.
That was the ONLY thing I dislike. It's really a great game.

The UI feels a little clunky and overly dense compared to previous installments, but it's endearingly clunky in a way that rewards attention and fiddling. Definitely like the card updates. There's still a tendency to rack up obscene amounts of energy and have nothing to do with it, with some decks, but not as pronounced as earlier versions. And I like the self-destructing structures -- we kinda needed those. 5/5

Also maybe a way to sort the cards in your collection by the cost? Being able to view by deck by the costs of the cards would make it much better.

Lol, this game is no longer available on mainpage, Kongregate only promotes shitty ccgs with "buy power" policy. Shame. This site didn't use to be like that.

A great help to this game would be a main menu button from the campaign screen so a person doesn't have to click four times to get cards from achievements.

Ancient engineer randomly drains mana for the building costs, with makes it not allways +1/+1 for all mana drained. The bonus is useless on a mono color hand.

nice manual and wiki, but I still can't find a place where all special abilities are explained, like cloaked. (i know what cloaked is by now, but thre are a lot more key words like this one.)

It would be cool if you could support scaling the graphics in line with the level of scaling in chrome/firefox. The deck editor is a nightmare in 1920x1200 resolution.

I want to upgrade my cards in the lab, but I can't use cards that are in a deck, and I can't save a deck without 30 cards, and I can't delete the deck without losing its stats.

Last mission of human campaign is against a brown deck with Gain +1/+1 a turn guys and Regen 7 All. Umm... not exactly winnable.

Ideas for future updates:
1. Free (random) card for just logging on
2. Save to the Kong account
3. A "Rigged Deck" tutorial to allow players to hands on experience how to play, instead of just trying to explain it. It would be both sides decks are rigged (and ai as well) but it would guide the player through the steps.

for the Ca'anian! oh boy this game is awesome! I have only one question, when I'm building a deck I see 3,4 or 5 of some cards(not in deck) but when I go to lab there is only one copy of them. why is that?
The lab doesn't show cards that are in your single player decks. This is to make sure players don't accidentally make their single player decks incompatible or delete/merge so many cards that they don't have enough cards anymore to make complete decks.

Wait, where's the "get Kreds" button? What?! There is none? Guess I'll actually play this game instead of hitting the back button, and give it a free 5/5 for not money grubbing ._.
Check your browser or your privacy protection addons if your savegame is being deleted. I've put some info on my wiki as well : http://nulll-void.com/games/wiki/doku.php?id=wiki:savefiles

I must admit, it is kinda annoying how there are several ships that the AI fleet deploys on guardian that instantly kill the unique ship, like the deflector shield for the human. Could the developer change this unless we are playing with level 6 or 7 enemies?
