Maybe Structures could also be Actions? For example, you could choose to play a card as a structure for X cost, or play it as an action for Y cost. If you play it as an action, you get the effect of putting it into play (e.g. your base gains 4 health or whatever), but not the turn after turn resource production. This would solve the problem of only having a few slots for Structures and drawing them late in the game...
It would also open up the possibility that some Structures could have different Action effects, e.g. If this is played as a Structure, your base gains 4 health. If this is played as an Action, deal 4 damage to your opponent's base.

Love the strategy in the game. Can't wait for the campaign and multiplayer as it gives elements a run for its money. One thing i would update is the User interface a bit flashier its pretty simple right now. Favorite deck is the Crystal Terror deck :P
Thanks for the great game 5/5

Pretty good. Like others said, needs a campaign mode, and tie the unlocks to the campaign, not to grinding various decks. Also, deck editor should let you save multiple decks, not just 1.

im sure someone has already mentioned this but....the music...its making me..sleepy............ it's like..a planetarium theatre instead of a intergalactic war...zzz

This is a fine game, but like it has been said, it really needs a story or something. All you get is a tutorial battle and go straight to playing games.

4/5 just for the idea that isn't widely explored, of a CCG. But I agree with others in many aspects. Campaign mode would make this much better. I'd also like to see the limits removed on how many units/structures could be available at any given time. Also, the fact that energy is stored up leads me to believe that investing in cards with higher power costs would seem extremely important if the match lasted beyond about 10 turns. Excellent effort though, keep iterating and it's a win.

The card animation makes the game a bit slow, maybe an option to remove card animation might make the flow of the game faster.

Just thinking: Add a sort option when making a deck. Like sort the deck so its only ships shown or actions, or have it order them together, like ships first, then structures then actions. Would make it easier when putting a deck together.

+ if you agree that this game would be very much improved with the ability to discard structures and a story line of some type for campaign play.

The bug with Questionable Tactics should be fixed!
Aerow, thanks for pointing that out - i'll have a look at the in-game text. (English isn't my first language).

So what if its like elements, would you rather have just one card game or just one tower defense or just one RPG, NO!!! their giving us variety to choose from, so if you like space cards instead of magic cards you have something else to play.

Fun game. Not really a fan of having to play on a different site to get access to the cards. Maybe let us use them for just visiting the link instead?

It would be nice if more than 3 "races" were playable. I feel it needs that if this game is to get any popularity at all. Missions and/or a campaign would also be nice.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
my major problem with the game is you used "with" instead of "by" in regard to de/buffs descriptions. I get distracted by that all the time.

@Nullvoid: Yeah, tried it three times and it crashed each time.
@Breach: Yeah, this game has a memory leak or something. I have to restart it every ten matches or it gets slooow.
@People complaining about 15 wins: On easy I got 87 wins in a row before I got an abysmal enough draw to lose. Those cheap red attackers are a good starting point.

It would be helpful to be able to save more than one deck - I like to change to a different race every so often then come back, and it's a slight pain having to rebuild the deck every time you change.

I see what i can do regarding the action log!
beregorn, for some cards (flak turret vs artillery turret) you have both options available. Other cards would probably be too powerfull to have a targeted option. Especially when the random result is a penalty to you. See it as taking a calculated risk. I prefer a little bit of randomness in my games.
SolaceAvatar, nope it isn't - are you seeing this everytime it happens? I'll look into it.

to those having trouble with 15wins in a row; I suggest using humans achievement (get 10 wins with humans) to unlock the Fighter Assault and Firewing deck, then turn the difficulty down to easy and just pummel away.

Seconding the action log... being able to see the opponent's past actions would be enormously helpful, especially when dealing with direct damage and whatnot. As-is, you end up starting your turn and going "hey, how did my ship lose all that health?!?"
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
winning 15 in a row is nearly impossible.
Seems the further you go into the bonuses, the computer gors further. It's pulling elites and legendary ships out of places I've never seen before.
And the closer you get to 15 wins, the less likely your 'cards' are going to come up in any way you can actually use.
Twice, at 14 wins, the computer has neatly dropped every card in it's initial draw and killed me in three rounds.

I think that would be better if I can choose the target for all action, like the ship to which the virus spire inflict damage, for example, or the card that the recall spire destroy. Such a thing would allow a better controll over the game and the development of better strategy

Very nice. It could use a player profile which you could improve. And a campaign where you start out with some basic cards and have to earn more. I give it 4/5 which is a lot from me=)

wow thought i was dead had 3 hp left so i used a black hole twice and the comp couldn't get any buildings up before my carriers took the last 23 hp down , wished i frps ed that round

z7master, multi color energy cards : prismatic crystal + prismatic spire (XY), energy shell (MT), prismatic spark (relic).
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Where is the card multi-color card that gives multiple random ? The one that's not the ancient convertor ? I unlocked everything and I can't find it when I create my own deck

Wow, Armor Bomb seems to have set a new bar for ignorant gamers. According to him, you can never add on to a game to make it multiplayer and there should only be ONE game per genre. There should only be one shooter, one platformer, one fighter, and one card game! Man, things must be REALLY exciting at Armor Bomb's house

quitting shouldn't equal a defeat. If you want to quit, made a mistake, pull out, etc. you shouldn't be punished IMHO.

1) Good game.
2) CPU usage gets crazy, even with visual effects turned off.
3) I wish there was an "event log" type thing, so I could review what the opponent did during his turn. It's frustrating when units to disappear, lose life, or don't attack, and you're left wondering what exactly he played.
