The game is quite fun and very addictive; however you need to be able to see what is on the other screens and there needs to be a way to control the ball with the mouse.

damit ... tower of glory ace is just too hard you can't see were you're going, there are spikes all over the place ad you don't know where the ace is ... rage quitters will rage quit. still a great game 4/5

Coming back to the roots, I can't believe it's been five years. Oh my beloved franchise, can't wait for your resurrection.

Something I noticed in both this and Ambrealite: why do I have to use the mouse to select levels in a keyboard only game? Espcially, why do I have to go back to the mouse every time I die or exit a level, which can be "every 2 seconds" sometimes? :\

Even the Tower of Glory is easy as hell. The one thing in this game that is hard..is really damn hard. Getting the icon to make the Ace appear in the Tower of Glory. Even getting it isn't hard, but getting back down? That is retardedly difficult. Once you touch the icon, there is just such little room to navigate. Combine that with the beams that make you only go up and the spikes being everywhere, and finishing the TOG after getting the icon is by far the hardest part of the game. It could not POSSIBLY have been put in a more difficult spot. Big tip; right click the game, and everything will slow down. This makes it much easier to get back down from the icon. After you get down, the rest of the Tower is easy. Overall, fantastic game, way, way, way easier than Nebulosa Realms other than that 1 icon. Getting to the A after you've activated it in the TOG is the only thing that makes this badge a hard, everything else is a cakewalk.

Geeze, After getting Ace and Thunder finishes in all 22 levels of Nebulosa Realms, this is a piece of cake. The levels are so much easier in this, plus there's no thunder finishes, AND all the aces are easier to get. I do like the multiple screen thing though, idk why he took that out of the sequels. But seriously, after getting 22 Thunders and 22 Ace's in NR, this is a nice break from the difficulty.

Insanity: Albert Einstein describes it as doing the same thing over & over again but expecting different results. Therefore, Tower of Glory should be called Insanity.

I was originally going to post about every minor detail that stood between me and the last Ace. But you know what. Suck it, I got mine lol

Good game besides "The Tower of Glory". That level is really about luck. It could be that computer speeds are faster than when this was made, but still it's not an excuse. The first three frames of the level become annoying as the fourth and fifth are the real challenge. Needed a checkpoint after the first 3 so it wouldn't be as annoying. Not being able to see the top of frame 4 or bottom of frame 5 just made it that much more frustrating at trying to hit that switch properly. Getting out after hitting the switch is the real problem though as avoiding the spikes going up or getting down is quite precise and the controls are not good enough for such precision to be reasonable.
Was gonna give this a 4/5, but gave it a 3/5 because of the last level.
There's a difference between annoying and challenging. The last level is mostly annoying.

there are so many things wrong with this game that it's too many to list, from crappy controls, to obstacles that aren't actually there, a good game though. Would also be nice to have a mute button.

most hardest part of this game was that the levels were to short and fast pased take it down a notch keep the obstacles expand them put checkpoints i dont know just a few suggestions

From level 1-14 it was a fun and challenging game would have rated it 4 stars after playing the 15th level for 3 hours before giving up since the edges of the spikes are not visible so you just have to guess where they are there is a half second delay between when you tel the ball to go a way and it actually does you don't have half a second to spare trying to hit the switch in lvl 15 im thinking 1 star.

Laughing Jester said "I'd appreciate it if you tightened up the controls on the ball. The controls often feel slippery, and many times I overshoot on accident." This was almost 2 months ago, so you may have already fixed it. CURRENTLY the controls seem fine.
I like how the ball has to decelerate before turning in the opposite direction. This might be why it seems slippery. When not moving the ball will instantly move in the direction you want. If the ball is already on motion, the ball will have to decrease its speed in the direction it is moving to turn the other way; the ball must accelerate in the opposite direction (decelerate).
Ex: If the ball is moving right and you want to go left, the ball must first decelerate from the right direction and accelerate in the left direction.

Great game! My only issue is that the spike-balls are inconsistent when it comes to contact. The smaller spike-balls require only a slight touch, whereas the larger spike-balls require more contact with the orange ball thing. The large-balls are able to touch the orange ball thing near the center. This makes the smaller ones less forgiving than the larger ones. I don't know if that was intended or not, but to me it seems backwards.

I found the last level much more enjoyable than the other two bonus levels. Probably because it was more predictable. You know exactly what you need to do, and you can see how to do it.
After you figure out what you need to do, it helps to leave and come back a while later.

Tower of Glory hella trolled me, but then I realised it got a little easier each time. Score one for r-type and forced muscle memory! Although I did have a few times where I wouldn't go far enough, get caught in the damn beam, and instinctively try to backpedal when I was more than halfway up X.x
