I loved the game!! Just played it all day long! I liked the collecting stuff and all, but there should be a one-click crafting, its REALLY boring to have to craft the same item over and over again. Apart from that? 5/5

I love the fact that the advertising is done passively in the background instead of where it would annoy you (the ship being painted with "Positech Games").

Hmm I could dig around these lava rocks until they empty out...or I could just stand under them until my inventory is full. BEST. PLAN. EVER.

Personal Log Entry 020-Note to Self: Volcanic planetoids are evil and should be avoided at all costs, unless in desperate need for an abundance of that accursed lava, which won't be any time soon. Currently off to vaca(deleted), I mean recuperate on the nearest glacial formation, as far away as necessary from a sun or any heat source for that matter. I have heard of a dwarf planet that was once popular with the bygone alien civilization in the region approximately eight planets from the closest star that seems like a nice place to rela(deleted), I mean drill for resources. -End Personal Log

Note to beginners: Just because it says "Volcanic" doesn't mean there will be lava. Don't dig deeper than you have to! Land on a "Planetoid" and you should find lava within 25 depth. To get the lava, use dynamite, catch falling drops (but watch your damage meter) or dig the squares around the lava pocket until it empties, and drill it out along with the obsidian!

Why is everyone so annoyed at the ending? It means there is going to be a sequel. The game isn't done yet, so obviously it isn't a real ending

Good game. However, I encounter a problem when I click skip the video intro. The video screen stays there and I have no way to close. Eventually I have to reload the game.

My advice for the endgame: Go for moons. Get to 150 asap, and search for the hidden item. Then, once you've found it, jump to the next moon. At the hidden item stage you're probably not low on resources.

omg. Haven't played yet, but ive been craving a good mining rpg game (actually, designing one myself while teaching myself C++, but text graphics.) cantwait!

I really think there should be a way to get rid of your minerals while underground because it gets really annoying on volcanic planets you can only collect about 10 minerals and the rest of your space is composed of lava globules

It would be great if the engineering panel "knew" to combine or split resources to get to the desired level of any particular resource for any particular upgrade... (Or would that be 'having the game play itself for you'?)

Step 1: Start playing.
Step 2: Realise you need to pee.
Step 3: Look at the time.
Step 4: Realise five hours have passed.
Definately an addictive game, and one of the best mining games i've seen.

To craft a Modular Framing, you need: 48 nuggets of iron; 10 nuggets of silver; 2 nuggets and 2 chunks of titanium (eq. 20 nuggets); 3 globules, 1 blob and 2 globs of lava (eq. 13 globules). Start with crafting a rough silver bar and an unbendable as well as an indestructible titanium bar. Craft 16 screws and then 8 bolts (leaving you with 8 screws). 3 series of tubes and then you can start with the fragile frame and craft your way up to the modular framing without getting tangled up in the prerequisites.

Wonderfull game!
The story isn't bad and makes one curios whats coming next.
The only "complaint" I would have, is that you farm minerals (1 min) and than you build parts for about 10 min... it feels kinda strange to have such long building times for equipment.
looking forward to a sequel!

I think a back button would be helpful, for when you go to a component and craft it and want to get back to the thing you were building.

It's not a glitch physco. You are simply cooling too low even on a surface and die of accumulated heat, it's perfectly logical

Awesome game kept my interest for a few days. Besides the building system that gets a bit tiring my Advice would be have the player get the story pieces in order so they feel more like the character is writing it rather than now where it felt like the story bits came out of the capsules

To craft a Molecular Discombobulator, you need: 9 slivers, 3 fragments and 15 shards of each crystal (eq. 153 slivers each). 26 nuggets and 4 lumps of iron (eq. 38 nuggets). 1 globule and 13 blobs of lava (eq. 27 globules). Start with crafting 9 wireless wires, of which you craft 3 into jumper cables and further into semiconductors. 4 Screws. Craft one of each gemstone, 2 digital lens refractors and then one multi-spectrum lens. Then (in this order) an airtight casing, a toothed wheel, a whirring gizmo, an atomic boggler and there you are.

I love this game with the exception of one thing: I don't like how al the planets are barren wastelands, I understand that it looks like it does on a volcanic or glacical planet but on a temperate planet there should be some kind of plants or something like that to make it a bit more natural.

To craft a Stabilizer Array, you need: 9 slivers, 6 fragments and 3 shards of each crystal (eq. 54 slivers each); 4 lumps and 89 nuggets of iron (eq. 101 nuggets); 10 nuggets of silver; 4 nuggets of gold; 7 globules, 6 blobs and 1 glob of lava (eq. 23 globules). To minimize overhead, start with crafting 20 screws, then out of them 8 bolts. 9 wireless wires, 6 jumper cables and 3 semiconductors (so in the end you have 3 each). 5 series of tubes, then 2 half pipes. A rough silver bar and a dull gold bar. The rest is straightforward.

A really well-done game. My one complaint is that having to craft everything from subcomponents gets to be tedious pretty quickly. Looking forward to the sequel!

Very interesting game. Although, late-game gets a bit unrewarding and monotonous. Specifically, the sheer number of clicks required to craft 4th and 5th level upgrades and the general lack of meaningful/challenging obstacles.
Otherwise, very great game. Addicting for sure.

@ AlphaAccess You need to dig the closest and second closest tiles around lava pockets, that makes them empty much more quickly. You get lava globules after that savely by digging the *empty* lava pocket (non-empty pockets are not digable). Actually it's explained in the game ;) . I can throw you dead with the lava globules I'm picking up more or less without wanting it.

Nice game, however I'm much more limited by recipes than by resources, that's a bit unbalanced in my opinion, since I'm somehow only digging to get recipes Oo .
