I rather liked the game and spent quite a few hours crafting everything... but it has zero replay value. Once you're done crafting, that's it. No reason to go dig up an entire planet anymore... which made me a little sad.

At first, I hated this game. I found it boring and stupid. But then I opened up the engineering bay. Days later, I found myself addicted. I find myself mining a single planet bare before moving on just for pure pride. 5 stars! I just wish there was more. Maybe enemies. Maybe puzzles. This sorta reminds me of Descent from way back in the day...

Hurray for the craft x5 option! Although... Would it be possible to have a craft all option? After gathering 300plus small emerald silvers... my mouse is a bit worn out form all the clicking...

hey i was wondering that when i put down a teleporter you are not able to pick it up again so can you make it be able to pick it up thank you but other than that its a great game played it for ages
:D

I agree, the part i was stuck on was finding titanium.. I had to go to a level dangerous for me in order to find it, and the upgrades to make that level safe for me needed titanium.

People complaining about jump height should use transporter pads. The pads bring the robot back to its ship instantly and are quite cheap.

ok... why would you want to REDUCE the ammount of vibrations made? you would have to dig more for the adherant matter and obsidian! i dont see the point in it!

nice mining game. one of my only problems is the jumping height. another mining game called mother load plays similar to this on, but the ship is able to fly, allowing you to quickly resurface. that would be a great function, especially because of the environmental heating.

Maybe allow for mouse hovering over a deposit to show a tool-tip of what type of deposit it is? Or maybe an upgrade to allow this?

WHY CANT I FIND TITANIUM ON A PLANET WITH 200% AND 50% IRON??? Im finding this BS cause ive searched EVERYWHERE on this planet. Its depth is 250, ok then, ive gone to 170 and started dieing of cooling and looked EVERYWHERE and i find MORE iron... wtf? still fun for a game but 4/5 for resources that should be stupidly abundant that are not at times

Very good mining game. The concept of moving from world to world allows you to explore different worlds and makes you play the game for several hours.
However, the crafting part was getting tedious pretty fast. The whole system gets too complex, escpecially at later upgrades where you spend minutes just clicking to build the right machinery. This makes an otherwise enjoyable game less enjoyable. A "quick build" button would be nice, as well as an indicator of upgrades I can build (resource- and research-wise). The crafting system was also the main reason I didn't try to get all upgrades after I finished the story part.
4/5 mainly due to the crafting system, but other than that, this is a really good mining game.

cheap ripoff of motherload 0/0 youll downrate this comment so hopefully the few people who read this just might agree

Any possible chance of an expansion pack for more modules? I wouldn't mind little 'minion' robots with a cutting laser that could cut small holes through the earth and retrieve resources without disturbing the land.

That feel when your inventory is full of titanium and lava and iron, and you drop a dynamite to get rid of some hard rocks, but you end up standing barely one space inside the plus.

@Quizer: while I agree that a jump height upgrade would be neat, dynamite can help immensely with giving yourself some footholds

The robot sure like to dig and walk. In fact, he enjoys it so much he keeps digging and walking in one direction even after I've taken my fingers off the buttons. Even if it means dying of drill overheating. That's dedication. Very good game otherwise.

Loved the game also. I second adding in a higher jump. Also how about an expanded map when you increase your imaging. What is really needed is an easier way to make items, without having to go through multiple steps, that is just tedious. I can't wait for an improved version, or new game with the same format.

Great game overall, but I'm noticing crazy frame-rate drops every now and again when really there shouldn't be. I can forgive the game if there is a bunch of stuff going on, but I just got a random frame-rate drop while digging up right under the ship. Quality didn't change anything as I'm still getting them on low detail, even when I can run the game perfectly fine 95% of the time on high detail

Dear foxy, minecraft has been around for long enough and has already gone through official release, if it is form minecraft it is a delayed reaction, also the two types of gameplay really dont compare

if your having trouble finding new things, here's what i did:
1.upgrade optics
2.go to a comet (50 deep)
3.look on your minimap for a red u
4. mine it and repeat
note:I'm not sure how many there are per comet, but I'm pretty sure there's only one
