That moment when you have over 100 tiny iron ingots in your inventory and thinking it's enough, come back to the surface to upgrade, only to find out all of the iron wiped out by some of the high-tier crafted items. A perfect 7/5 game.

I very much enjoyed the variety of parts you put into this game. There is just so much to do and see. The difficulty of finding the right combination of items lasts far into the game. It is such a nice lengthy game to play. The category of items might have been better with sub-menus, but it wasn't too hard to sort out.

pro tips: 1.mine to the bottom in a straight line, or as straight as possible if you want to get everything, and use a teleporter. reusable so you just drop down your shaft and port to your ship. 2. You can only hold 10 craftables, but you can continue to waste resources if you click craft. fair warning

This game has amazing balance and depth! The scaling of resources expended and harvested and the complexity of items makes this game worthy of a 5/5. This is a very fun game similar to motherload :)

afraid of dying from damage and losing your stuff? no worries! right after you die theres a second or two throughout which you can go to your inventory and consume items that recover HP

Wow. I've spent my free time for the best part of a week obsessively mining for tiny iron nuggets to turn into screws to build bolts to assemble components that make gadgets that help me mine for tiny iron nuggets.

I agree with tsundae. awesome game but the craft function can be improved with an automatic takeaway if you have all the materials needed

"this strange structure opens like a flower to vibrations, but then permanently closes once they stop".you dont know how hard i raged when i stopped drilling to read the last part.

theres a glitch that lets u use no fuel if u are using ur flying jets, thought I might point that out. anyway: best mining game eva! (besides Minecraft!) I luv it, tho, iwhenever I try to mine the abberant matter container, it just disappears and doesn't give me anything ); its really annoying, but: besides that, AWSOME GAME!!

I'd be interested to see a sequel by which, once said robot has regained his standing in the Mother, He gains control and leads expeditions to further examine these mysterious creatures of the past. There could possibly be the need to gather resources to build/improve several different robots, like the sea and air one that was glimpsed in the end. It may take away from the overall aesthetic of the original, but would help advance the story and add a new sort of gameplay with familiar characters. Plus, the player could delve into the world of whatever the hell mother is and exactly how machines gained sentience.

of course iron is mostly used. its common sense that iron is mostly used to craft a spaceship and its the most common element. beside you dont have to dig everything you see just what you need for your crafting. so you start digging more and more deeper as you advance. anyway one of the best flashgame i ve ever played

Great game, but needs some work on a few areas. Firstly the crafting system needs to be sped up. Secondly iron is too valuable, it's usually the first thing I check for when selecting a new planet to mine. I'm always short on iron despite having like a 1000 of all the other resources. Thirdly, it would be nice to have a clearer highlighting system for upgrades and components when you have enough resources to construct them in the ship. Fourthly, I wish you told me there was a max-10 limit for modules before I wasted resources on them. Fifthly, more upgrade please :p Perhaps a jump upgrade? Being able to jump 2 or 3 squares higher would really help at times. Anyway, 4/5, I did enjoy it a lot, would love to see a sequel.

people say this game is the first of its kind but its either a remake or rip off of motherload that came out like 5 years ago

I am loving this game! It's like no other mining/crafting game I've ever played. The upgrades and the ability to change locations makes it stay fresh and fun even after hours of playing. All I could ask for is a better explanation of how to discover recipes, I'm stuck at question marks in every upgrade.
