artifacts are random because thats what people who used the capsules had them on their person ? Ofcoure , i always forget that i carry my cars engine around so they can't steal it , and you never know when lightbulb will need replacing while im trying 2 write on my typewriter while handcuffed and having people aiming a rifle and a crossbow into me, and if i write fast enough they let me listen 2 the iPod as a reward. But all the music i have is what guards recorded using a trombone and old nokia sounds, im sick of it so i made a bomb 2 blow us all up and end it , but they gave me a coke so i decided 2 stay a bit longer. Today my watch broke , it was a very precious pocket watch so i asked the guards 2 give me some alcohol 2 drown my sorrows , but they only gave me an empty flask at that time i decided 2 destroy the guards gameboy , and while hes in shock whack him with the tyre thats randomly lying around here. after that i'll use my magnifying glass 2 magnify the keyhole and escape...

I can't get deep enough to get Titanium so I can make the Engineering upgrades to my cooling/protection so I can get deep enough to get the Titanium I need to make the things to get it!

I earned the easy badge quite some time ago, however, it isn't counting towards this week's kongpanions. Seems this happens a lot with any game I previously played. Anyone know why?

After finishing the game I agree with tsundae that an auto-craft is definitely needed. I would also like to see an expandable mini-map display. The colors are a bit difficult to distinguish when it is so small. If one of the radar upgrades gave a way to see a map full screen with the items you have identified using the radar that would be great. Near the end, it was just a matter of finding enough titanium and it was hard to identify.

this game is great but it does not get saved. Is there a way to save it? I played the older version already and I loved it. there was a way to export into a file then import. Today, I have to restart from beginning.

@tizianotamanini - To get the ending, I think you have to get all the alien artifacts and then play the video for the last one (Ipod) Then go to the destination selection screen and select the red planet.

I just maxed out everything but somehow I didn't get the hard badge, what do I still need to do? The badge agrees that I completed 20 objectives but it doen't think that the game is completed. Is there an ending? How do I get it?

Really needs a streamlined way of constructing objects. Once you've built a (whatever that thing that looks like a water pump is called), you shouldn't have to build the Enter Frame, Gizmo etc seperately, each and every time.
I've got to play Glean 2 but this game felt like more of a chore. Which is KIND OF fitting but too much on the nose for me.

Great game that fails to get into any deep strategy and gets ruined at the end. At a certain point all you're doing is looking for the hidden items, and once you find all of them upgrading is an awful awful process.

Auto upgrade should be a feature. I literally clicked for 30 minutes towards the end of the game on the higher tier upgrades. That is really overlooked while developing the game.

so frustrating. two minutes after the tutorial and robot is stuck down a hole with no leverage to climb up or dig out. yes I tried double jumping, multiple time. Got frustrated falling multiple times and falling right back to the bottom. I recently watched a documentary about the Atari E.T. game. While I never played the game, remarks about how E.T falls into pits that are very hard to get out of came and frustrated players, came to mind in the ten minutes I played this game. There's even rocks to refuel you (Reese's Pieces in E.T)

So I place a stick of dynamite on top of an otherwise unbreakable device, then move to the square under the device, thinking the dynamite would just create a small circular explosion and break whatever is next to it. But no, it pierces through in a cross shape as if I'm playing Bomberman, and I'm immediately killed.

I thought this would be similar to Motherload, in a way it was, but it's still quite different and really fun to play.
Started playing for the badge, continued for the gamplay.
I must say that it isn't quite clear how one crafts more items after the first time crafting something, but I found it out eventually.

Finally, a game about drilling without a time limit and much rage quits. ahhhh... ^_^ Love the resource management but its a bit easy, I would enjoy a bit more challenging one.

Came for badge of the day, found out I played this before but left it at 19/20 objectives.. Why mini me? Why?.. Oh well get to play it again for hard badge XD
