I feel like the poison tower is OP, one time I just set it down near the beginning, forgot the game and went to check sth, and when I came back it was wave 10 and this one poison turret was doing just fine

Ergh, after slogging through 35 levels it seems that the '(expert)' on the hard badge actually means that you have to reach expert level on all 35, NOT that you are the expert for getting that far./ How hard is it to actually say that?

First tower is best...high damage and very cheap. Really started to struggle with some of the later levels until I just started using only first tower, then they were a breeze. The other towers cost too much and don't do as much damage.

Much too much of a grind - 3-4 levels required to add on a single enhancement in the mid-game. The other towers aren't that much different/more powerful. Not enough money to do unique tower placement. 2/5

Tips (read the best comments first though). Small bomb method + lots of clicks (necessary in last 11 levels). Small bombs near the start (to prevent lag). (Shift+mash mouse, don't move mouse, start while sending all waves). Focus on clicking fast (I read ppl have rly hi cps, not needed). You can let a dribble of tanks pass through the bombing to conserve money. dw bout a couple that hit your base (e.g. lvl 40 end beetles). Add: poison tower (lvl 2-3) at start, {2 (lvl 1) or 1 (lvl 2)} super towers in corner. x1 speed & no mid-game upgrades/change in bombing (avoid lag). Poison hurts even after green glow stops. Your score v expert gauges progress. At end, with large gaps between tanks, conserve money, sell off towers that no longer fire, upgrade others. Large bomb technique also good for earlier lvls, and not all-waves-at-once possible for a couple in lvl 30+ but small bomb technique better.

Achievements should either increase tower damage or count as an upgrade point multiplier at the end of the missions, the game gets way too grindy at about mission 18 and the in-game achievements are meaningless

So, the best strategy for the hard badge is just to bomb everything. Initially, this would seem unintended, but upon closer inspection, the Kong icon for the badge is the bomb icon! Did the developer know?

I think the some upgrades are a little overpriced . I have completed 2 new lvls and replayed some of the first to get the expert achievement and yet I can't afford new upgrades :/

This could be a good game if the upgrades were more affordable. As it is, the grind is too tedious. I stopped playing as soon as I got the badge I needed.

This game is ok, but THE GRIND for the badge took me over 5 hrs. I never want to have to do this again. It should have given me like 60 points by completing just the one badge its so tedious

Yeah, great job making "Expert" nothing to do with skill, strategy, or planning, and totally about spamming the next wave button at the right timing. Yeah, "Brilliant" job there.

Can't reconfigure your upgrade choices. So when I got to lvl 6 and had no adequate weapons or configurations to stop the invasion I just had to say oh well, I only wasted about 10 min. Time to look elsewhere.
