An upgrade should never cost more than its base unit. You can buy 1.5x the firepower if you buy 3 basic towers instead of 2 basic upgrades, for almost the same price.

Once i get to level 5 this game is a grindfest. That's not ok in a tower defense game. This is incredibly boring and I'm only doing this for the Yo Dawg badge.

Awesome game - developers just need to add a button to choose a mission once a mission already started instead of quitting to main menu and starting all over.

stupid patch waves! i hate when the enemies send out a group of 5 then another. it makes me press next button and lose!

the upgrade point system is ridiculous, the price of a high upgrade should fall if I buy a lower upgrade instead i'm left deciding if I should spend the 80 I saved up or wait to get 150
other than this probem I don't see muh else wrong with this game so 3/5

a 'reset' option for upgrades might be nice. This way I can 'play' with the settings to see what works and what does not work.

Its too bad that u dont get anything when u loose ...it will better if we get like 1 or 2upgrade points after defeat.

I still haven't completed this game and I posted here last week. Avoiding it like the plague, man this one is terrible.

To get hard badge do exactly as askon said But play mission 38 instead of 35and bomb the U spot at the end of maze (Also don't ever get lower upgrades and save upgrade points and upgrade the ultimate one first ; and for make upgrade points start playing level 1 and place 2 basic towers on the first reverse U spot and hold N and use one small bomb at the curve of the reverse u when enough enemies gathered there and do that again (You gain 24 upgrade points every time you play so you should repeat 84 times to get Starting cash 2000 points upgrade after that you earned the starting cash upgrade go play level 2 and start spamming small bombs (click on bomb or press z and hold shift while clicking) and with this trick you should start getting all bomb upgrades as well as money per kill upgrades and advance to a higher level for spamming your bombs when you felt comfortable and as i mentioned before don't play level 35 cause its impossible to pass the level while spamming N)

You'll enjoy the game a lot more if you mute the sound, and look up Epic music on youtube. Trust me. It makes it a lot more bearable.

if you, like me, are after the Yo Dawg quest an nothing else, here's the fastest way to get Tower Guru (upgrade a tower 5/25/50... times):
you need to have at least 800 starting money and 50% money per kill. Go to level 3. Place a single basic tower and upgrade it whenever it's possible.
You should have it fully upgraded by the end with 10-20 coins left. Rinse and repeat.

good strategy? mash level 1 with multi fire in the first upside down U thingy, with a normal cannon just out of range on the right for survivors

I found a great, but kinda slack way to get 5-10 in game awards, making it easier to get the Yo-Dawg Badge. What you have to do is start any level and select small bomb, then hold shift and click until you run out of money. Then just click Menu, then restart mission and repeat. This also works with placing towers and works much better if you have cheaper tower upgrades and cheaper bombs. Hope this helps. + so it can help other people.

the snipe tower aka Machine Gun tower has no range for a snipe tower "lol"
or the Lethality for such a snipe tower :) may be rename the tower

Replay the first Mission for more points. I got quite a few the second time around, just send all the waves early-ish and bomb/combo rapid-fire them down.
