Under rating threshold (show) Master of Orion like. Good for flash but controls become fatiguing. Needs to have way points for movement, and selectable spawn points. I'd like to be able to have ships created at one planet automatically sent to another location without having to go through the selection/deselection pain.

Under rating threshold (show) There is a serious glitch. When sending your fleet to way points, if they encounter enemies along the way, they will not attack until they reach their destination. Priority should be to attack and then when not under attack they continue. As it is, they just keep flying until they get destroyed. This is a serious problem and makes it hard to control fleets as they explore/move.

Under rating threshold (show) Level 3: Take only the spy ship, maneuver northward to find the repair ship and take it to the 1st transport (middle of the map, far left). Once repaired, escort the ships back to the drop zone. For the 2nd leg, only use the spy ship. Navigate north and a bit right, to the top of the map to find the 2nd fleet. Take only transport and spy ship. Navigate midway down the map until the battle begins. Wait and observe the attack pattern. Watch a few attack waves. Note when enemy reinforcements appear from sides and make your run after the enemy is in the center of the map (and yellow is winning). Take your ships straight south (avoiding detection rings) to the bottom of the map. Hug the bottom until directly below the drop zone. Send transport up to the drop point. Win.

Under rating threshold (show) Planets should be immune to capture if there's a friendly ship nearby. The radius shouldn't be too far, but enough that you have to clear the skies before you can capture the planet. That would stop the computer's cheap-but-effective tactic of just sending in a bunch of drop ships and capturing a planet out from under you.

Under rating threshold (show) HOLLY SHIT. On mission 3 i spent 25minutes and then lost... im pissed at this game. I went up, got the repair drone, found devilduke first, went and saved the other guy, went back to devil duke, [still not avaliable] THEN i dropped off the other guy, grabbed devil duke, idiot ross comes in and "SAVES THE DAY", enemy squadron spawns RIGHT on me. Thats just pure BS.

Under rating threshold (show) I love this game but it is quite difficult to play. The selection process of troops is really difficult. Another thing is that it gets quite annoying because you can't zoom out, even a little, to see the battlefield and then select your troops to fight from a zoomed out position. I beg of you to fixed the problems that have been brought to you by the people who play the game, because it is one hell of a game.

Under rating threshold (show) To defend planets. Fan (135 degrees or so) your ships 2-3 planet diameters in front of the planet your protecting towards the enemy. This allows the first section to agro the enemy fighters. The second section to hit the freighters a bit before ignoring them and going into the fight, and the last section to destroy the freighters and almost focus solely on them. I like to keep heavy fighters in the back and weak fighters in the front to make sure freighters are always destroyed. It is better to attack in groups then in small (5 or so) squads (Think shock and awe). Remember that the weak fighters may be weak... but they are quickly built and do some damage in numbers. When I see a group coming to a planet of mine I like to go ahead and send them out to them. If they die... so what... the heavy fighters are what are going to win you the battles. Don't let them die needlessly. If you are having issues with a aspect/level of the game please post :)

Under rating threshold (show) Mission 3, take the ships to safety. Careful maneuvering taking it easy, rushing trough, taking a Dtour and guess what. MASSIVE INSANE FLEET JUMPS OUT OF THE BLUE MISSION FAILT TRY AGAIN... 12 times i tried all diffrant approaches and every time i get close some fleet jumps out of no where right on top and fail. Im here to enjoy games but no skirmish for us till we play that stupid buggy campaign ... Game looks great, and despite some issues would be awesome to play, wasn't it for the shitty campaigns. So instead of giving the game a 4 ill give it a one and ill check back in a week or so, if still must play those shitty campaigns i wont be back.

Under rating threshold (show) The way dropships work makes the game not fun. It's too easy to randomly lose a planet. The 200 troops in the drop ship should have to fight the population of the planet troop per troop, and you should be able to bombard with ships to weaken up the planet before landing. That way 1 missed dropship doesn't matter, and you can still clear a planet without dropships just by bombarding a lot.

Under rating threshold (show) Solved level 5. The key is to strip your troops out of the two asteroids near your planet and place them in front of your fleet in massed formation, then build a few repair ships to help heal them. The rest of it you can figure out as you go. If people want more details, I can provide them via PM or on here...

Under rating threshold (show) Love the game. 5/5 & Favorited, however level 3 is really annoying. It would help if fleet could be instructed to hold position in formation (not zoom ahead) and adding save points where each fleet is found would help a lot.

Under rating threshold (show) Nice thing about this game is it is very hard. I love it... it forces you to think strategically. It took me 2 days to get to level 6 and I accidentally deleted my cookies. It took me 1 hour to get back to level 6. Lol... It helps when you understand the concepts of this game. It is very well balanced. Only issues I found was the occasional glitch that freezes up game and causes restart. There is not a better space game on here. Please keep making great games like this :). The only thing I would like added perhaps is the ability to select priority on my defenses into only attacking transports. It is quite difficult to understand for me how my 80 ships positioned on a planet can be overwhelmed by 20 ships while I'm building stuff. A pause feature would be nice for those who do not want to develop carpel tunnel when trying to build/move armys/look over map/scout in those few minutes when the game starts.

Under rating threshold (show) Great game except it's way too difficult to manage with the current lack of controls and tiny screen. Anti-dropship guns should prioritize dropships as their primary targets, otherwise it's just ridiculous trying to stop a wave of 10 dropships from stealing your planet.

Under rating threshold (show) ok, i tried to play it but its just unbearable. the build up phase is just faaar too slow. unit movement is also too slow. also theres no way i dont have patrol / atackmove / control groups / waypoints etc. concept and design is actually pretty good, i like it. but it fails in mechanics.

Under rating threshold (show) This game shows a lot of promise. The selection/movement controls need a lot of work. Either enable the right click for movement or enable group assigning to the number keys.

Under rating threshold (show) It seems if you do objectives that havent come up yet to do, they wont get counted when they do pop up. For example, I decided to explore the first map and took over the hostile planet before capturing the second planet. I cant do anything now and im stuck on the first mission.

Under rating threshold (show) Not a bad game, just needs refining to make it fun. Fleet formation would reduce micromanaging and the use of hot keys 1,2,3, etc for fleets would certainly add an element of strategy. The games works, but the controls are poor and needs some work to steamline the fun rather than wasting time building units moving them into position and mob the enemy. Ground battles would be interesting rather than just sending enough dropships to overwhelm the imperial garrison.

Under rating threshold (show) for dealing with dropship rushes. there are 2 main counters. 1: keep a couple dropships in reserve behind a planet, then when 50 dropships take it, wait for them all to be destroyed then re-take it easily. or 2: scout as much fog as possible away, and when you see an attack coming intercept it before it gets close. this should give you several times time you have when you simply sit on your planet

Under rating threshold (show) Mission: rescue friends. You took an RTS game and added this stupid run around the board "stealth" mission, which is just a grind. I had to play it 3 times just to avoid the army at the end, which, there is no trick too... it's stupid luck. I learned this because the save data got erased, and I had to start over, I get to this stupid mission and twice lost again. There is NO reason in an RTS to have such a stupid trick mission wasting what other wise would be fun game time.

Under rating threshold (show) I agree with several others, mission 3 killed the game for me. Not only do stealth missions never belong in strategy games, but it's crazy hard and has no save points. I quickly decided that I would rather never play mission 3 again than get to the rest of the game.

Under rating threshold (show) love the game, hate mission 3. One issue is unit's getting deselected when I am moving the camera around using WSAD and trying to tell the units where to go. Also, my units not firing back and getting easily killed by what looks like much smaller craft. Missions 3 just in general is not fun though IMHO.

Under rating threshold (show) sorry.. Had to downgrade my rating to a 2.. the game is click=select-glitchy. I've encountered 3 instances where it totally freezes up for no apparent reason. The AI of the computer seems to target strategically while hero ship AI fires like a combination between stormtrooper and helen keller, especially to take down spamming enemy colonizing ships giving you no opportunity to build up any resources to defend and fight back. I'm also un-favoriting it. sorry. My brain hurts. I should just go play starcraft and feel happier for it.

Under rating threshold (show) To those having trouble... remember these things.... 1) Scout, the better your visibility the more reaction time you have, thus you have more efficient allocation of your limited resources. 2) Weigh the marginal benefit of taking planets vs the risk of losing a planet that is now has good income/ship building capability to the enemy. 3) Weigh you options when you are building you planet vs making ships. Having lots of ships around is nice. Keep a good balance and don't just not build unless you have a super planet that can produce every unit 24/7 and tech every research ability all at once... lol 4) Patience... be thankful you have a game that doesn't get boring in one hour... Approach this game with tactics and adapt them when you loose. Learn your enemy, if you keep losing a map then just spend your next game scouting around and looking at the enemy. Look at the timer... and prepare for his attacks next time.

Under rating threshold (show) Am I the only one losing my mind trying to beat level 5? So many ways to fail, and I can't even pause the game to take stock and plan my moves properly. Choose 1: fast pace or many objectives. You can't have both. Also, how the @#$! do I beat level 5?
