On the laser tank there's a small sweet spot where you can both block its beam and still damage it. It's tricky to find but it is there.

@Calhovin Make sure you take out the disco ball carriers as soon as you see 'em, they fry up all your shields. There's a lot going on at level 10 that distracts you from 'em.

I am maxed out but get killed again and again within 15 seconds on level 10. Must be dumb or something, but 9 levels without a scratch and suddenly my shield goes POOF and i'm shot too hell. Bye bye

he music sucks you in, the simplistic game play with the fact that yore destroying armies with a giant alien tri tank walker monster like it's war of the worlds makes it addictive. Medium should be hard badge, medium should be get all the upgrades though. stioll playing this thing. I may not get it done in under 1:30 but I wanna finish cuz I can. cheers. wouldn't it be weird if the pilot was revealed to be a kitten with a lollipop and a baseball cap saying "dern sure"

At first I was confused by the laser tank; Even with maximum upgrades, it would still beat me in a damage race, especially once reinforcements starting moving in...
And then I realized I could defend myself by having a DBZ-style beam clash with it, which was awesome.

A short and fun game. Gets a bit tense in the end, but it doesn't get frustrating hard nor boringly easy when you've upgraded your tripod to the max. It gets a bit easy though. I'd like a harder badge and a challenge in the end, but I'm quite happy with the game overall.

Holy crap. Awesome game. The addition of the Cool Menu stuff is epic (especially when you omit all the stuff that helps the enemies :P). 5/5

Thanks developer for cool menu made sure i went back to level 15 to destroy the boss in 30 seconds for all the pain it caused me before hand!

Kind of boring, to be honest. Apart from choppers, shield-draining tanks and jets, the gameplay stays identical from level to level - the numbers just get bigger. What the game needs is upgrades that actually modify the gameplay, not just bigger numbers. Even the visuals stay the same, regardless of how much you upgrade.

I seem to be having an issue where the "Defeat" Overlay stays on no matter what buttons I press whenever I try to start another level - even after refreshing. Anyone else?

Could have done more with the sound effects / music balancing. Couldn't tell there were any sfx in there unless I listened real hard. Fun game nonetheless.

Nice and smooth. This could be taken to a whole new level with a bit more thought regarding the soldier types and the abilities of the alien to kill them. Come on! Give some crazy alien tech to commit my genocide with, please! :)
