I would love to see if the fire could go through solid things burning a hole, causing things to cave in, it could be like erase, but more fun. Maybe it could set soil on fire, and then be doused by water. I see fire as useless right now.

why are people hating the game because of another one like it, i like this one better since i'm not constantly clicking to change brush sizes and simplicity of this one. Keep doing it 5/5 from me

i think that you should try too continue adding some things for awhile, like the possibility of more elements and making it so they react. i also think the temperature should be changeable and ice should be added, mabie even some more lifeforms that react differently to temp (like dieing if in the cold or heat too long and trying to get too another part of the map that has their perfered temperature) and windspeed (if you are adding that)

love the new update i dont see the need for fish but what ever it runs so much smoother than yesterday and there is little to no lag now

Wow, great game, should deserve hot game but not badges, sorry. I give it a 4/5. Should really have vilagemode so we can put like water and stuff to make the island grow. GREAT GAME :D

Hi Dev :P I would like something to put the lava out instantly like foam or something.
+ to get on top or if you got a suggestion copy other's wishes or ideas and create a list of suggestions.

Soil: takes up space.
Water: moistens soil, turns stone into sand, puts out fire, grows seed only in moist soil, and slowly turns lava into stone.
Seed: produces flowers in moist soil.
Sand: produces glass on contact with fire or lava.
Fire: turns water into steam, burns oil, burns seed, and turns sand into glass.
Steam: produces water and stops lava... eventually.
Lava: burns seed, burns oil, engulfs stone, turns sand into glass; When lava touches water it produces stone and steam: the water turns some of the stone into sand and the lava turns the sand into glass, while the rest of the stone is turned into more lava.
Stone: turns into lava on contact with lava, produces sand with water.
Oil: burns with fire or lava, while burning temporarily produces fire.
Block: produces boundaries wherever you want.
Clear: gets rid of matter in an area
Glass: -cannot be destroyed- it will float wherever it is made

You could also add things like ice and acid or have a temperature ajustment yet so far everything is really cool for me...

Seeds + Soil + Water = Flower .. this is ok.. for a layer.
There should be some kind of GROWTH accordingly to the increase on water+seeds.
Also when creating "layers" with BLOCKS you cant boil water putting lava behind this. Fixing this can make it a bit more interesting, as a doing your own chemistry lab.
Thumb this up for an improvement on the game.

Also a undo or back button to fix some errors. I have went and hit the wrong one and had to delete allot of stuff i wanted to be in place. Plus make a holes in the Soil without it collapsing.

I would like to see a few more elements and the ability to make cactus pop up on the sand when seed and water is planted. Also a few templets such as a Volcano and maybe a bit of a three D version. Where you go through achievements in the future . Just a few ideas but its a really good fun little time burner.

I've played a few like this, but this one's more interesting because it's not purely explosives.
@Orofin-Oil floats on water, look at the oil spills, didn't you take grade two Science in school? Steam does not block water, sorry to say, but steam is water. Lava cools in the oceans to form new land. I mean really, before you try to put down someone's creation, go to school and learn a few things about the real world.

It is only a copy of game Powder. Weak copy.
Oil is heavier than water, lava creates almost eternal flame which can hardly be put down, steam can block water from falling down...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
You know what would be really cool? Wind. With it, i could make my steam move three pixels before it reaches the top, allowing an evergoing waterfall

Honey! I'm home! I'll be coding today, took all of your advices/bug reports in. They summed up to a 21 lines txt files =)

wait what!??!? oil is denser than LAVA?!? lava is melted rock...... oil should be on top of it... if it doesnt burn first

This is a good first attempt at a powder game, maybe if you increase the screen size, get rid of the evaporating water, make oil settle on top of the water that would improve the game alot.

I have a suggestion: can the game no pause when you remove focus from it? sometimes you want to see what will happen 5 minutes down the road, and would like to do something else while the simulation is running. (that or just add a way to speed the game up, but I'm guessing it's too processor intensive?)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
If you create a sea of lava that takes up half the screen, then put a thick layer of water above it, the fire rising from the lava turns the water into steam, which prevents the water from falling and the water from boiling since steam insulates water. My question is: Why can't water pass through steam, and vice versa?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
lol i made a roof of steam. i put some water down then some laval and the lava evaporated some of the water. then as the evaporated water fell back down it added to the amount that was there so the water poured ontop of the steam that was just above the lava which made it stay there... awesome

Lotta physics issues. But the game is at V.2 so that seems about right.
There is another falling sand game that is from like 8 years ago... It's okay but I think ur version could be a lot better.
Keep working on it!!!! :)
I have high hopes for you!

Not trying to be mean, but this is a ripoff of powder game. If you want the site to play the full game of this go here, http://dan-ball.jp/en/javagame/dust/.

lava doesn't recreate itself in water. I you drain away the water the lava has turned into stone. idk where the water goes tho.
