This game is awful. If the developer actually put some effort in it would be a decent game, but no. Instead he leaves in all kind of dumb sh1t. The unit closest always attack (thus ensuring that your troops retreat), zombies dont become stronger in forests they become faking immortal and at best you will kill 2 of them with a tank, and of course the dumb faking map(s) you walk slow no matter where you walk or which vehicle you get. The only way to ensure that you can win is if you are lucky enough to get a map with no forests and no enemy unit consisting of more than 25 zombies.

Insanely cool game. To give all honesty, it actually starts off with kind of easy. Then the second, third, and forth missions were like, "Oh, it's still not too hard." But once you reach mission five, it's like, "WHAT THE HECK?! TWENTY FIVE ZOMBIES AGAINST FIVE POORLY TRAINED TROOPS WITH RIFLES? My units were only attacked three times and I lost. Wow." It's like that.

as fun as this game is, the difficulty curve is retarted.
when a single pack of zombies with 30 in it attack and just keep following a troop of pistols, its pretty annoying when all you can do is just constantly fall back without even fighting until that single zombie pack covers the entire map and goes to your side

It's seems a good game with a lot of effort put in. But the strategy is too simple. You just end up grinding away like some bad jrpg game.

Its easy. Attack wih your best squad, take them from afar. Click fire and hold, when they 50 meters way press walk back. When too way damn near fall back. You Won.

To actually have fun in this game once it gets hard.. In a battle, at anytime click your commanders head icon and it will skip the battle and count it as a win + so people can see

Probably the best vehicle weapon to use is the 105 mm cannon, simply because it includes a HMG and it can fire on the move. The best vehicle to use is the APC hands down, since it moves at medium speed on all terrain. But on the final mission, you should exclusively use the mech squad because it can't die at all. It automatically refreshes to 10 men, no matter how many are killed by zeds.

Bad Camera. Its dizzying, pointless, and the only thingit serves is atmosphere, which is a minus when it makes the game a literal headache to play due to staring a shaky screen. Then there's the ill thought out controls (is there a reason to NOT open fire? it isnt explained, nor are most of the other game functions), which leads to the poor documentation. The resolution is tiny. Balance seems off kilter. Random nature of the maps makes victory hit or miss depending on how your vehicles turned out. There isnt much real aspect of commanding. In theory the game could have been better, but execution was piss poor. Pity.

Great game, but has some issues. For example, I hate that when one of my units retreats, it will often place the zombies next to another one of my units where I am forced to fight a hopeless battle.

the best strategy is to click fire then click fall back and then if they get too close click charge + so more people can see :D

This might have been a good game if not for the constant idioticness of constant retreating. Those soldiers obviously did not have good drill sergeants to knock some sense into them. 2/5 for dumb soldiers and somewhat hard to control camera.

i had 6 squads vs 1 big hord squad. i attacked the hord (25 zombies) with my units.
2 seconds infight than they made a retreat. second squad the same. I attacked the horde and instant retreat. the hord had still 22 zombies left than i attacked them with a small unit.
Result = instant retreat, zombies passed the line and mission over.
My opinion ... this is the worst game i had ever see.

Autumn War... One of my personal favorite and also one which should recieve an Award for Best Flash Animation Game. But to the point, the game is very simple when you carefully look at it, simple map, pinpointed team's of either zombie or human, the graphics when battling against a horde is great alhough It is quite pixely and also I would love to see a few more different Genre of zombie instead o fseing the exact figure each time... it makes me think I'm fighting the one which I already killed haha bless... my rate 9.2 / 10 ^u^ my highest grade so far! good job Oreo47!!
