Right now Golemizer has a ranking of 3.51 and Runescape a ranking of 3.23. Well ok it’s not much to brag about and you must take with a grain of salt such rankings … I’m still bragging about it though as one small bit I learned in the past 3 years is that if you don’t promote your work then nobody else will …
So for me it’s a small “victory”. I take what I’m given. Now if only the number of plays would be reversed … 28,026 VS 861,985 …
Would the ranking of Golemizer be lower if it had 800,000 + plays? Possibily but look … right now I just appreciate what I see without thinking too much about it. That’s good for motivation I tell you …

The only reason this gets down rated is because few people are actually going through with the tutorial. As many people have tried to explain, you NEED to do the tutorial or you will not understand the game.

Great game, Great player.
I must say that after the tutorial you must join a guild, ppl there would help you out as a beginner give you jobs to make more money and get deep in the game.
You must read every single word in the tutorial once done from the tutorial try joining a guild if didnt you would 1 or 2 days later, many friendly people would like to teach you stuff about the game.
All you got to do is ask questions in the Global Chat, many will answer.

It's annoying how nowadays the server goes down for 2 hours each day around 11:30 but it never used to go down at all

Clearing up some confusion; there's no quality button, this is an indie game on a slightly overtaxed server. Playing on Google Chrome helps tremendously. If you're stuck on the tutorial, help can be found at http://wiki.golemizer.com/index.php?title=Tutorial_Island. Time points are earned even while you are offline (or you can find a friendly player who will craft things for you). Not trying to steal business away from Kongregate, but the screen is much better on the main site, www.golemizer.com. You'll need a new account though, so for some it might not be worth it. Anyways I give the game 5/5 for its awesome community, true sandboxiness (is that even a word?) and the fact that you can draw the art for the game (The newest golem expansion is 100% player-created art!) If you have any more questions, just ask them in-game. Most players are keen to help newbies, though begging is a terrible idea (this goes for EVERY MMO, not just Golemizer).

Omg kratos and oinohead first you go to the house at tutorial island and talk to the guy and then you will see 2 tabs you right click on them and complete the skill then you got the skill than next you go to the skill and click engineering and you can see that the engeneering tab open

Well, this game WAS fun until I went into somebody's house and they decided to barricade me in there. Now I'm stuck in about 4 squares' worth of space, and nothing to do. Something needs to be done to prevent people from being such arseholes...

Firefly is lagging the server with it's golems all around paradox labs. If you ever see one of her golems, kill it. Do it for the server, because firefly is the only person causing lag.

Right clicking does not cause problems, the website is fixed, and if you READ THE FRIGGEN TUTORIAL you won't have problems.

I've gotten banned TWICE for having an "inappropriate name" My name isn't even close to inappropriate, it is made-up (or if you wanna get real technical, it is what people call a jaguar car) So I name myself Jagoff (which means NOTHING!) and get banned— 1/5 unless I can continue playing

It has potential, but is rather mediocre. Mouse based navigation is always just a bit aggravating. Graphics are alright for what they are. The game just lacked a hook. All in all, I give it a 3/5. I shall be very disappointed if this gets rated down just because i didnt give it a 5/5.

I want to make a quick statement. The golems you make walk around right? And attack and stuff, allowing you to earn prestige while logged off. Thats what causes the lag. theres 1000s of golems all active in dungeons. Some attacking, some just walking. Theres also trees that are constantly respawning, and someones always online. This is what causes all the lags. Unless every so often there is a golem reset, or the server is upgraded, the lag will stay there, you'll have to get used to it.

I was playing this game, and it looks awesome but I was unable to get passed the tutorial. It happens to be very choppy, confusing, and it leaves you unable to re-check the advice of the tutorial guides. I actually had to ask for help from more experienced players to finish the tutorial, and despite having their help and a guide, I was unable to finish the tutorial. While the game has an amazingly brilliant concept, the actual game play, as well as the tutorial, need much work. I sadly, for now, must give the game a 1/5. This comment and my rating will stand until the game receives some tutorial overhauls or until outside forces say otherwise.

I do recognize the potential in this game, however, it is just too open ended for me, I like games with a bit more structure.

1. Are you sure you still have a Gnome, or are following the correct instructions?
2. Try reading the Wiki, it really does help
3.If there as a GPS for quests after you start it, Things would become ridiculously easy.
4.If you look on the wiki, I'm sure that there will be a page on where to find muscari.

I wish that there were dragons and things like rock monsters to create. i mean the dragons might not work out with the logic but it could be some kind of combination of an x-rex and something that could fly. and for the rock monsters there could be things like stabilizers to help the logic of it, ya know so the stabilizers make it stick together, this might work with other elemental golems.......I JUST WISH!
