What it really needs is some kind of tutorial. I've been playing for a while, and every new person I meet, first time I kill them, they just leave. If everyone were at least prepared, fewer people would just leave.

just curious, why do all these unity shooter games only have a multiplayer setting? why cant it have single player campaighn?

well... i like it, gameplay and controls are kinda poor, but i like how there is so many hiding spots and creative weapons, i haven't yet tried 2 multiplayer but there is many roads and hiding spots for tactical gameplay
but i have seen wierd generator looking things, and whn u shoot 'em, they make noise... is it some kind of bomb or what?

overpowerd games i keep trying to talk to you when i see you in a room and i think but you dont respond so next time answer me and i think the reason no one wants to play this is because they think its just a 3-D version of the original space junk and the original one sucks so maybe you should change the name a little

How come when i log into Kong it only lets me put a name as 3dg4r? what if i Want my Name to be PurpleLopez? or RicoSuave?

Update: Added server list and the ability for users to host their own servers. Please make sure to open the correct ports or set yourself as DMZ host so that people can connect to your game (Check out portforward.com for tutorials on how to do that). Z key now works for boost if you were having problems using ctrl key. Fixed exploits with grapple and teleporting. Increased character limit for chat messages. Spawns are better protected now — if you go into an enemy spawn, expect to die. It’s easier to change your name now, too.

This game is great, but needs more development. I've found aiming to be laggy and actual turning occasionaly lock up and not function at all. The concept is great though!

What the game needs most is a graphic designer. And not only for visual appealing but to be simply playable.
Now it looks a complete crap. I lost any sense of direction and distance, where I came from and where to go in a minute.

All that (plus server list) is ready and working for the next update :). I'm just waiting until I solve a network issue before I make the next update live. I want to try and make it to where people hosting servers can have other people connect without having to open ports in their router etc.
The update will also fix the teleport and grapple exploits, prevent enemies from camping inside spawns, allow boosting with Z key, and increase max length of chat messages.

yuo should fix the auto log in so that is is actullay possible to make your own server and for that sake change your name after the first time im now stuck with guest

This game runs extremely slowly on older computers, and one of the best things about unity is it's ability to run on older machines. Instead of using cube primatives for everything with a poorly stretched texture, make some actual tunnels in wings (google wings3d) and export them using collada format. this will increase the speed because fewer object locations will be tracked.

heres an idea - people playing spacejunk should rate it higher so that it gets seen more, (creating the chance for more players to join) and maybe play it in chat rooms :P

found a bug - go to the shield/wall of the level, and keep right clicking, dont hold just right click at an angle. you should be able to get through the barrier

an impeovement you need on this game is switching the boost key from control to something else because my browser keeps on closing on me

Thanks for the high ratings! I'll be making some improvements to networking to help handle the (hopefully) increased number of players. I probably need to redo some of the menus, too.

rate it higher, and it will actually FIX the no people playing problem... Thisn way, it gets more notification for being on the first page of unity games, and more people would see it and play!

ehh..its ok. It looks like it took alot of work, and the multiplayer is pretty good, but you borrowed most of your mechanics from shattered horizons, and the multiplayer is laggy as hell. Also, work on the models.

oh so that was how the terrain looks like. just improve interface and skins for aesthetics BUT that can be done later. you should really focus more on game mechanics.

If you use the grab thing and press right button to swing after i got hold of a thing and start swinging, i use the left button to real me in and by doing it this way i can get up to 118 speed instead of 70 xD

@ThePopster_123 Yeah I'm not sure how I can get more people to play... higher rankings would help it become more visible, but people rate it lower because it's empty. A catch-22 situation =/

Color recommends for weapons : Buster: "orange , silver , red " Railgun: "black and dark red" Grapple: "color of team" MG: "Silver, orange"

So I've completed testing all weapons ^^. Railgun and Buster works perfect ! ( dont know if damage is alright because there are no dudes to test on em )--- And yeah there is a small delay b4 mg shoots and sometimes it shoots 3 shots verry fast sometimes it stucks. Turret should be limited to 3-5 turrets maximum ^^

@boyman I'd be all for allowing full screen (it'd also let me make the window a bit smaller for those at lower desktop resolutions), but I think Kongregate requires I suppress full screen options.

@Xslasher - Having the bullets move a bit slower was an intentional choice to help give the feeling of the game's large scale (though the railgun is instantaneous) and to balance the game. With that being said, the bullets should come out instantly when you click -- you're saying there's a delay?

Great job dude ^^. You've enhanced the graphics a bit. What I would like to see: The game is still too confusin I would recommend u to place the bases on the "same lvl", also the shooting is still too slow you have to make the bullets move faster or lettin the shots out when u press the button not almost a half second later

@Asvarduil The controls are explained in the Instructions -- Y (global chat) and U (team chat) are pretty standard. The game guide (linked in the instructions) explains the game mechanics, but I plan on making guide videos that explain everything as well. Thanks for the feedback!

This game is not bad, as many others have said. What makes it 3/5 "Good" and not 5/5 "Awesome" are as follows:
-Controls. The WASD movement was standard enough, but I had no clue how to use anything beyond my assault rifle, and didn't know how to chat. Consider revising your controls.
-Graphics. While you've got some really cool things, some of the game's graphics seem kind of thrown together. Aim to make your graphics more consistent.
-Level Design. There's not a whole lot directing the player's efforts. Where's the additional obstacles, line-of-sight blocks, and ammunition pickups?
-Performance. The network setup connects me to the game whether I want to be or not, which I find to be a more serious flaw. Consider a healthy bug-hunting to make sure all undesirable aspects of the game are smoothed.
Despite those gripes, though, this has great potential. I'll be waiting to hear about the next patch.

Not a bad game. 5/5 but how do i see my loadout? to press "/" i have to hold shift while clicking on 7 and when i do it it dosn't work. (maybe patched by now)
