Not difficult, but I was engaged as a gamer throughout. The art and story were fantastic. If there's anything negative to say, it's that the scroll bars didn't work so well, but that is it.

Decent game, should probably make it so its completable, or at least tell the player when to make the vial to summon the drowned. I tried several times in multiple playthroughs in various places in the story, and it won't make it.

Loved this game, especially how until you get most of the parts, you tend to misunderstand what's going on in the story. And while it wasn't very long, the hinting of another helps make up for it.

Is there a mute button? I like to listen to my own music when playing games. :P I do like the game. And I know that developers put a lot of time to putting together a soundtrack. I just like my music that bit better. Thanks. I will comment again when I have gotten further.

I'm impressed I can't wait for the next one. The music was very good matched the town's atmosphere very well. Ahm the art was perfectly matching everything I think it was putting everything together. That art was so characteristic, a bit sketchy some times which was really good. The coloring was outstanding so vivid, real. The sceneries... I have to mention that I've found myself staring those beautiful views. I have to admit that for me to start reading a game's story it must really catch me, well this one did it. It was fast and objective at some points, just theory though I believe that those fast points help the player's will to read the greater parts of the storyline. I wish we had some more work to do in the forest and the waterfalls, which were both very nice scenes btw.
It was an inspiring game, I wish we had more games like that in the future.

Something else that you might want to think about is correcting how players can do things out-of-order (such as get oddly specific items (hair from the cat) when they have absolutely no idea what it will be used for until later), so the story can be told more effectively. But, I do like how the game and story don't rely on puzzles and riddles like other games of this genre (and how the mayor looks like the third hokage =P)

It was a really beautiful game and story, I wish that the game would include more stories, and the final story must be about the story-trader girl.

Wow... that was a awesome adventure game that you made. The puzzles were not too complex but still required a little thought. The music was very fitting for the game. The art was beautiful.
I hope to hear another story from you again. This was a excellent game ^o^ v

a beautiful game...everything from gameplay to music to visuals were gorgeous......but what i liked most of all was the sentimental ending to derrida's story.......waiting for the sequel..

wow, just wow, this game is incredibly good and as awesome art, at first i had a little difficulty understanding the tales, but about halfway i understood we found the end first and it all made sens. Thanx for making a game this awesome. (to bad i cant give a 7/5)

kushty little game, nice animation and a sound story. I like how it is done like a chapter and irrelevant to the character or her background. Good stuff!

One word: Beautiful.
Thank you for this beautifully woven tale of soul searching. I look forward to what else lies in store for the trader of tales, Myosotis.

I got a trap glitch, okay, I saw that Miriva and talked with him...
And where is my item? How I suppose to complete the game?
Seriously dude, fix the whole game... Before uploading it...

I love how every frame of this game is a different artwork!
My only rant is that it's terrible to 'guess' where to click. I just keep spamming click 'till i find something, and there's always the feeling you've missed something ;p... It would be much better if the click area would be revealed when you roll over the mouse

I didn't really like this game. I can tell that a lot of effort was put into the artwork and I do like the background art, but a lot of the humanoid renditions were pretty laughable. I didn't like the story, either. How did the mayor's daughter pretend to be a butterfly? Was Derrida blind? I mean, butterfly people look pretty radically different. Also, I never got any explanation as to what the amulet of power did, though of course I figured it out through process of elimination, I feel there should have been something leading me to it other than the main girl going "I NEED TO MAKE THIS AMULET" when I set up the pot. The scroll ball errors and the way the game did not fit on my laptop screen (768 pixels tall) so I had to scroll up to see text and scroll down to use items was annoying as well. But good effort anyway, I guess.

I had a glitch where the drunk guy in my inventory went first between the two recipes, and then behind one of them. Had to sell the recipe before I could click on him. Lovely game

Whenever I give the animal food and he makes that sound, I am reminded of Zelda on the SNES - the sound the bosses made when you defeat them. (not foo as I typed before)
