Any idea why the badge wouldn't pop? the description says just the story is needed. I finished the game and did not get it? Any thoughts?

Walkthrough (in English) Part 1: Take the broken wheel and the bag of food in the cart. Feed the mount. Click the clump of trees in the background. Take the acorn and the camomile flower. Enter the forest on the right. Now click the base of the tree with no lanterns and then the bell clapper. Come back out and click on the big rock, click again to read its inscription. Go into town. Go into the abandoned house. Read the note on the floor and get some cat fur from the sleeping cat. Cross the bridge. Talk to the woman at the well and then go to the stable. Talk to the woman at the stable. Ask her “who is Derrida”? ASK EVERYONE THIS QUESTION. Go to the alley where the Wayside Inn is located. Pick up the acorns on the right side of the alley. Talk to the gypsy at the far end, buy 2 formulas from him. Enter the Wayside Inn. Talk to the barman. Take the empty potion bottle from behind him. Look behind the curtain and buy the bottle of fine wine. Take the flint and a hair from the drunk.

Nice music, great art, kinda disappointed it was so short. Reminds me of that game with the cloud harvesters and floating rocks. Oh, and it didn't give me the badge after completing the story. Gave it five stars anyway.

Wow! Loved everything about this game! Actually, I think it should be called art, not a game. A great work of art! Please tell us another tale soon!

The sequel has been mentioned already, but here's a proper link: http://www.kongregate.com/games/mrudi/a-grain-of-truth

I've received all the pages, & finished the story three times, getting everything, yet still haven't received the achievement for finishing the story/game.

"It seems someone is actually thinking about this grave." Then why did you take its bell clapper?! Surely you could have found something else to ring the bell... unless Madam Butterfly only opens the door to the exact, distinct sound only a clapper makes. :D Oh Myosotis, we still love our pretty little klepto.

Two things people seem to agree on, It's a beautiful game that everyone wants the sequal to, and not a lot of people who complete the game are getting the badge.

Didn't get the badge neither... too bad, but still a great piece of a game. Could be longer (a WAY longer wouldn't hurt)

Great game, and the sequel is even better if you can get it to play. (It worked for me on Safari, which I normally never use.) Unfortunately the badge here still doesn't work...

I like how the husband becomes just an item in your inventory and you can use him like any other item :D 5/5 for man-trading

Beautifully done game. Engaging characters and a flawlessly seamed art style really kick this game over the edge into amazing. The background story certainly isn't skimped on either.

The potion bottle is in the tavern on the rack of shelves behind the barman. +Up so people can see, because it seems people are having trouble with this. =/

Excellent game and artwork however it doesnt seem to be awarding the badge for some reason either way i cant wait for the next one

5/5 -- I absolutely love the art style. This is among my favorite artwork/styles I've seen on Kong to date. Great music. Neat story. Really, you got so much right here!

Amazing game! The story, the art, the music too! The badge seem to be broken though, i've seen others comment that too. If you didn't get the badge either, don't hesitate to subbmit a "report missing achivment". It won't be fixed if no one knows it's brooken:)

Instead of reporting that the badge doesn't work in the comments if you report it to the Kongregate support staff (with a screenshot) they will award you the badge.

I found "A grain of truth" some days ago ... glad I was able to play this part, too. Love this story and hope for more. (No badge here, too)
