Kinda saw that coming. The controls are clunky, and the gameplay is generally tedious. It wasn't what I'd call enjoyable, really.

A strange little tale with plenty of shady characters, but only one of whom can be actually guilty. Mixed feelings about the "possession" mechanic. Lots of pointless conversations, but then I guess the point is that you have to sift out the crucial facts from all the white noise. Didn't like that I had to keep marching back and forth and that the ghost can't go through doors; retro graphics is no excuse for inconvenience. Never got stuck at any point, my usual fear with point-and-click games like these. (Hint: Cricket really is the key player in all this, and you'll have to spend more time with him than anyone else.) Didn't like the pointless mean-spiritedness, but at least it didn't go overboard. Clean it up a bit, make it easier to get around, and you have a nice little casual game. Yes, I actually know what that means. :-) 3/5

The alcoholic (I am terrible at remembering names) saws you leaving the crime scene ... could he possibly take part in the same "business" as the owner does ? And who's the shitter ? How could the doll know someone else would die ? Is our main character the serial murderer or it is the receptionist ? (the little girl says he is choosing someone).
OMG .... sequel !

So the ghost wan to revenge? He knew everything but the murderer and all ppl alibi. So he investigate all ppl with the red guys, then know Ted knew alot of things. Checked some ppl alibi, find the murderer. The only things that not make sense is if you possess Ted, how he know red guys can be trusted? Maybe let Ted confirm his alibi without possess him will make sense, and this game will be perfect :)

Wow... just when it looked like I was going to find out what happened, the screen froze. Good game; I enjoy mysteries, but I really don't want to do that all over again.

I've hit the same bug twice now. Right during/after the conversation where [REDACTED] tells you to meet them [REDACTED], I'm unable to move at all. The game essentially freezes right before the end. Very frustrating.

Dear Developers: Kong displays only the first 30 characters of the summary on the games page. Make them count. Restating the name of the game in the summary is wasteful. For instance in this game we are shown "Why Am I Dead is a retro-style...". A retro-style what? Text adventure? MMORPG? Tetris clone? No thanks.

Another thing that i'm not sure if it's a bug or if i've done something wrong, but i did all conversations with all characters and i didn't get anywhere. Then i saw the walkthrough, and i had done everything, apart from the last person (i don't want to spoil) because the choice that appears in the walkthrough would not appear for me :S

bug: i had the old lady, got to the reception(didnt move there), got out of her body, got the little girl, back to the reception, and now i have the old lady and the little girl stuck in one body. I can still get inside them and talk and all but they won't move so... yeah... bug.

Seriously, space bar to possess people as well as move the text along? Please fix this asap. I keep leaving the person I am possessing because I am trying to talk to someone, just really annoying.
