Excellent 3d platformer, i thoroughly enjoyed getting 100%, even though there wasn't any real reason to. Checkpoints are for people who are far underskilled. But i guess it needs an easier mode for the little kids out there who can't beat it.

khat, because the sun has gravity. we are caught in its gravity. have you ever seen a person in space? yes? no gravity. in fact, the are orbiting the sun, they just dont notice.

dazB, if there is no grav in space, how are we orbiting the sun?
and your right people like abstract games as it just appeals to a wide ammount of people.

The idea of using 3D in a platformer is pretty good but I think the way you did it wasn't particulary good. It wasn't interesting, you have gravity in space with kind of defies physics and there wasn't any real challenge. Look at the Mario series. It's fun, has enemies and challenges. This is a guy in a space suit collecting stuff, not an italian plumber going to find a princess. In other words, Mario is fun, this is not.

Actually playing a bit into it I see the potential and it's kinda okay, but it's toooo slow. The animation/graphics is very nice at some points, but the main character could use some polish. Perhaps some pseudo-3D style or something because the current character seems out of place and doesn't blend in. All in all, great game, great idea, though too slow and at some points uninteresting gameplay.

when we say we don't like it it's constructive criticisme not the fack that people are being jerks, were just giving advice on what kind of game people would play. it doesn't matter how hard making the game was, what matters is if it's good or not. you could have the simplist game in the world and people would love it, and have a game you worked hard on and it's boring.

Interesting. Very nice concept, massive game. Excellently made and executed. However, it just seems bland. The character moves far too slowly, and the game just doesn't catch my interest. However, for effort and concept, 4/5.

dang i wouldve given it 5/5 but having to start all over with no checkpoints just took it down
but other than that it was good for a few levels

As Meepo said, a lot of work was clearly put into this, but it's really not my thing. I played up into level 4, and I don't really hate the controls, but the ratio of easiness to die/difficulty to get back where you were is not good. I would like to either see a system where I can keep tapping space for more boost, or I start back right where I leapt and fell. Also, there should be a way to get back to the menu without beating the level.

Meepo, as an artist myself (I go to school for composing music), you're being inappropriate and ignorant. No one is crucifying this guy for making a game they don't like. They're just saying why they don't like it. By your reasoning, how good art is is based on how much time is put into it, not by the quality of the final product, and that only artists of the same craft can critique other artists. This game was made for the general public so that's who's reviewing it. Think before you post.
I enjoyed the game 4/5

terrible gameplay, good story and graphics. don't focus all of your energy into one spot, and try to debug your normal jump/ealk script before you add all of the fancy-pants zooming and 3D and shadow and stuff. Especially on zooming because of the shadow it makes me see less then when
I'm zoomed in! FUCTION > FASSION in gaming! That's why there's 100 male gamers for every 1 girl gamer! (Well, not really)
