Also bug - dying in front of a lazer override (which don't work as intended, I think) makes one pop up that can't be removed when you rez.

Bombs respawn when you die, but walls don't (same with crates) making most stuff avoidable by spamming deaths and going around.

As for "saving" - if you complete a planet, it will save that. Next time you play you get a planet select screen. You cannot save part-way through a planet however.

by far the coolest looking game kongregate has ever seen!
LOVE it! 5/5 just for the kickass retro design. 6/5 cuz its actually a really good game as well.

I can haz ship! Now stranded on a desert planet, you curse the heavens, cursing Jonsey. Cold and alone, you contemplate. Now you realize, that's why the cat didn't really care about shooting the asteroids.

The only bad part of this game is the "bugs": items like crates and bombs come back after you throw yourself in acid, and the different gun upgrades seem to overwrite one another (intended I imagine) but can't be reacquired if you wanted one over the other. Other than that this game is classic fun. :)

Lol you got the same gamecontroler as i have for the pc :). But seening your keyboard you havent bin on your pc for a while lol :P. Covert in dust keyboard, keyboard i use : Covert in fingergrease ;). aldo mines is 6 years old lol.

Incredible how you can create such a sense of nostalgia in a flash game. Its great, all of it, even the battery light. Really like what's been done here 5/5

Awesome game! I can't even believe how great this game was! *And he was like "ALL YOUR CAT ARE BELONG TO US" lol. I salute you for bringing retro style gameplay after everyone else has written this style off as too simple or stupid (which it isnt). One specific thing i would like to thank you for was the second level... You didnt restrict my use of bombs :P
