Description
The last mission of the drone carrier Radiant Star.
How to Play
For those who are still struggling for the hard badge (and for the whiners too :), I have added the hard mode game-play videos to the "walkthrough":http://www.pirongames.com/blog/2010/03/walkthrough-orbital-decay/
'A'/'D' or arrows to scroll the view. Left mouse button to shoot, keep pressed to shoot continuously. 'Z' toggles ultragun auto-fire, 'Space' to bring up the upgrades, 'C' to center the view, 'H' to hide the hit-points overlay, 'J' to toggle the HUD. 'Q' to toggle quality, 'M' to mute sounds, 'P' to pause.
There are several turrets available, each with different use (lasers - all round usage, flak - against fighters, rockets - capital and slow fighters). Fighters are used to distract the enemies. The repair bay creates drones that auto-repair the ship.
The game will auto-save at checkpoints.
Cheats are available for fun and "sandboxing", to test what works and what doesnt. Scores and ending in cheat "mode" are not recorded.

Projectile speed upgrade for ultragun, โtime warpโ bug fixed, auto-fire added (โZโ key toggles), base stats for turrets (ranges=pixels, rates=miliseconds), checkpoint now saves fighters and drones. Make sure to reload the page or clear the cache to get the updated version.

i would love to see the ships hull get less damaged as i pour repair units into my parts

the only thing I didn't like, it was hard to follow the storyline, because I was focused on destroying the enemy, not reading. Some type of voice or maybe the text more centered so that it's easier to read while not taking your eyes of the enemy.

why no orbital decay 2? maybe some kind of sand box mode for added gaming fun, I like this game and would like more like it
