This was a very nice and emotional game, and was based off of the times of vietnam. (I could tell with the farms and 60's looking planes). The alien actually cared for the family because of how they treated it, and showed so much story with no words. This is true art, please make more.

This was a great game, it really made me think and I grew emotionally attached to the alien and the family in such a short time.

Was playing through... and was hoping... and hoping... The soundtrack and syncing of it was very gripping too... the girl got hit... ... my heart jumped... ahh... great ... 'game'...

Amazing game the alien is instantly befriended by the young girl, and then her family follows along with her. Then they are attacked by humans because they don't see a caring creature but a monster and try to kill it and the family. It shows what happens when people are desensitized to violence and narrow there minds like that. People always want death and violence no matter what the cost and never give anyone a chance.

@timmybus who said games are meant to be fun? I don't recall that being a rule of video games. The underlying message is so moving and it really makes you think. 5/5

people who rate this game down for not having the "blood, war, shoot 'em up vilence of CoD" need to drop there balls and grow up. This game is very symbolic and I actually cried at the end. 5/

The internet is made up of many games, action packed games that prevent you from being bored, idle games which to me are pretty stupid, and games that hit you in the heart causing you to think. I came here thinking, this would be one of the horrible games I hate playing. Well, you can't judge a book by its cover. I played the game not knowing its true meaning until I realised... Hey, the alien is walking slower... And in the end, HE/SHE died... I can't say "its" is an it, he or she has feelings, war is horrible, this is one of the games that make you feel that this earth is becoming worse and worse... These people try to make the earth a better place, though many people just ignore the meaning... I could continue this but it would just waste your time, more of these games should be made. 10 stars out of 5.

Truly beautiful game. It made me almost cry. But I really loved the game. 5/5 PS. I hate the military in this game, killing innocent people. Again 5/5

I dont know where to start...this game has a unique concept, its fast and yet, simple. The unical that deserved to be saved,in my opinion, was that little girl. She mourned my death until she needed to follow her parents.I love the final phrase when you win/lose (?) :Live (Forever Immortal)

If both the parents die, then the little girl practically clings to the alien and the boy always stays about five paces behind the alien. After it dies, the boy just walks off and the girl stays with the alien, allowing herself to be buried in the snow with it. Holy crap, this is a deep game.

Awww, the ending I got is were the little boy and the alien is at the same time. :'( 5/5 for making me think after the game was over,

I'm a little surprised that there's no option to go back to the main menu and/or start over, but this was a surprisingly well done "5 minute" game. Controls are simple, and for an "art" game it's not pretentious. Definite kudos for that.
