Each of them has their own personality and it's great. I still can't get over it! The little girl is just so close to you, she is always right in front of or behind me. The little boy stays a little behind his sister, not as close to me, but close to her. He's the one that gets the others on your side. The older girl (mom/big sister) stays in the back-at first I thought maybe she didn't trust me-she did throw a vase at me, but really she was making sure nobody was left behind. When I die, she mourns longer than everyone but the little girl, I guess she appreciated me too. The man leads the way, his chest is wide, whether with muscles or air I don't know, but he always runs back when things get dangerous. They all stayed closer to me as time passed, which was good because I had to slow down, and I couldn't stay straight anymore. I really hope they're all okay-will they miss me? Will the bad guys go after them now that I can't protect them? I really hope they're all okay.

I-
The little girl got hit by a shot, and I saw the red and I thought that I had failed. She kept going, right behind me. She stayed by my side until I was gone.

This is a really beautiful game and shows that game can be very beautiful and have impacting stories and don't need to be overly complicated or take hundreds of dollars to make. This is one of my new favorite games.

The worst part of this, I feel, is that this is likely how many would react to an alien if one visited Earth. The alien was merely trying to protect the people who were kind to him, and was killed for existing, not even for scientific reasons.

i can seriously relate to this game, although perhaps not in the way the dev intended. see, for a while now, i lost my mom to cancer. anyways, it kinda brought things back if you know what i mean. 'nough said :)

This is one of those rare occasions where you just think, I looked at the screen for five minutes after I finished and just thought.

I don't really think a game is art when it only has one real option. You protect the humans that fed you to exploit you. That is all. The other option is to let the humans die then die yourself as well. I personally dislike this game because to me it seems pointless. I know that few here would agree, but good art for me is something that can fit into any setting. This only supports the idea of you wanting to protect the humans by sacrificing yourself, because they gave you an apple and what some milk? Further more, if it is supposed to be a game its an interactive media, thus I feel that being able to move around your alien to either be hit or let humans die. Is way to limited. I feel that while a game like loneliness can justify the simplicity because of its message. This game is too limited for its message. Because of how limited it is presented. Its not a message given through art, its a forced message closer to propaganda.

It's kind of strange, really, when you protect the people who has accepted you, even though 'you' happened to be a giant alien who seems to absorb a lot of punishment during the war. And the people you save may or may not affect the endgame. Overall, a touching game to look after.

How do you even win this game? a tank comes from behind and a soldier comes from in front and I cant block bullets from both directions at once?

The West is at War. Democracy under Siege. People need to stand up. Learn and research fully before you chose a side.

how am I supposed to block bullets when the farmer guy runs faster than me, and runs ahead, and the bullets are then fired into him point blank?

I really want to give this a high grade, but just can't ignore the fact that it is a game. And as a game, it needs solid and enjoyable mechanics, which it lacks. In my opinion, interactivity deduces from the feel and meaning the creator is aiming for. Could have been an excellent short video, but not a game. Still, the artistic effort is commendable :)

I really liked the music especially the fact that it was partially based on the alien's steps and it getting hit but the bullets and missiles. as far as the game it's self, I'm really not sure how to feel about it.
