This game was created to be immortal in our hearts it was not meant to be played or to be enjoyed it was made to live.
It was meant to create somethings in our heart, something to help us become who we are meant to be, it shows us what we are,it was meant to CHANGE

I tried so hard... but I wasn't quick enough... All I could do was stand and watch as they gunned down the little girl... Her brother followed, then her mum... Her father was the last to go... I did all I could and accomplished nothing... then lay down and died...

love the concept or should i say idea behind this game it shows that even people who are distant and diffrent have emotions or rather the abilities to protect other this angers me because right after i played this game i was reminded of how so many people are against gay rights.

Just as soon as 1st soldier started shooting at me I was like "nope" and ran straight back (left) to my rocket and left this god forsaken planet to rot under nuclear fire. That's another ending I guess.

One little thing that shows a lot is that how the alien moves fast to protect the people even when he is injured. It shows that he will muster up his remaining strenght to protect the people when he is their "Guardian angel" very amazing game.

Wow. The person who made this game must have been feeling depressed. I would see this game more as self expression of sadness and feeling unappreciated, rather than trying to teach a lesson.

a very nice game with good music and many interesting ways of making it's different points. I really enjoyed the game keep up the great work.

This is the story of kindness,it survives through hardship but soon wears thin and eventually if no one remembers it, it will die. At least until someone resurrects it. This is the story that has touched my heart.

this game is absolutely incredible. I beat it while ago and gave it a 5/5, however this time through i got stuck. My guy wont move anywhere, although he makes the running motion. I will NOT be lowering my rating of an absolutes fantastic game because of 1 bug, however i am simply telling you this because of people who will hurt your rating because of some glitches, so maybe look into this. Rate up so they can see the only problem in an otherwise perfect game
6/5 :)

I see the message the maker was trying to get across.
I lost the family so many times..... I just wish the alien was allowed to kill for the things he loved...

This game makes me wonder 2 things...
1:Why is our species so darn violent?(And I'm sure just by looking at this single website...you can see that we are violent)
2:Does snow really pile up that fast?

remember, life is short and actions maybe not rewarded as big as you did OR last as long as you wanted to. But live and be as the person you want to be, the rest will come along, and you will regrets nothing.
Dunno if i understood that by thinking of it sitting on my chair when the game ended or when playing the game ... anyway i give you a 5/5 and a cookie.

I love this game, the sad thing is this is true, we see something different and we're either afraid of it or try to destroy it... and this game just asks "Why?"

After playing this game, I just had to comment. Easy 5/5 from me; these little games with such a deep, emotional story really resonate with me. I love the simplistic design which feels like a perfect fit with the slow, somber music (though I'm not sure if that's the best word to describe it). I wish there were more meaningful games (like The Company of Myself, Loved, Coma, Don't look Back [just to name a few]) present on this site.

I always wonder...maybe this is why we are never visited by aliens -.-.
Their probably out there but they know of our violence so they choose to ignore us.

There once was a girl... One day, she met it, and followed it. This was during the great war. Along the way, they met the apple picker, the strongman and the daughter. "It protected us, it taught us sacrifice and honor, the value of life over the quarrels of men."

strange, the game was really interesting, but at the end, when i died with everyone still alive, the people all eventually just left, and i originally thought the alien was going to make a sudden turn against the humans, but it was the other way around, they just left it. the people at the end, seemed, more like aliens than the actual alien. it was weird because i didnt really care when the father, brother, or mother left, but when the little girl ran away while crying, i felt forgotten. great game! 10/10

I think it's sad that the little girl seems to be the only one who really remembers you. All the others leave and stop crying, but she's still crying as she walks away...

It really makes you think, because when you get the live ending, it says forever immortal, which I'm assuming you live in the memories of the family. Very nice game.

something i noticed at the end is that everyone stops crying before they leave, except the girl. to me, that means she moved on, but still missed you, whereas the rest simply forgot about you.
