:P Very entertaining for an educational game. I hope the other episodes in the series are just as good as this one was.

iiaopsw, shuddup. this isn't some place where you "voice" your "opinion" about something. this is where you say what i think! DUH.....

Like said pdedecker, that's not what i was expecting to find on that site, but that's a good video games analysis. To be continued...

well it's true that this is not a disgustingly addictive game, but quite entertaining. i even laugh once. keep working on it. specially on more interactivity and dynamics.
i like ideas of: playing pong not only vs paddle but vs some character; playing pong-squash

Understanding Games is written in AS3 so you'll need the flash 9 plug-in. You can get it "here":http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer.

Ok, I obviously misjudged how fast people are reading the text. You can now skip the text with the space key at any point.

SLOWER than traffic at rush hour. I'm interested in your analysis of games but not your ability to pace a narrative. Come on, how about making the narrative, I dunno, INTERACTIVE by letting us press something to go faster.

Kudos to pixelate for mixing it up a bit! Reminds me of the book i'm reading, 'Rules of Play', so anyway to me its kind of redundant. While it is a very interesting movie premise, the audience is extremely limited (even among developers), so while it is better than a lot of the $%*# on this site, it is still somewhat out of place. Very well done, though, and a lot of recent newcomers to this site should read up!! lol

I got through all of it. Interesting game analysis. I would have like to skip some part because its very, extremly slow.
And somehow, i'm not sure this flash documentary belong on Kong. Its not really a game itself. It remind me of "Understanding Comics", wich was not really a comic by itself. I think your project should be hosted somewhere and link from the Kongregate forum.

The game with the two paddles could have been a real and good one if it was taken singularly, act... oh, wait a minute...
