As far as I'm concerned game rules don't have to apply to every player as there are separate roles and positions of power even inside games. The outcome of a game being foreseeable is also not a problem with how much success some endless tower defense games have achieved. There are also RPG games which show you the ending first or it is deductible but the point is how you reach that.

Bub is sitting there talking for ages about the player interacting with the game but in THIS game it is 1/2 seeing what he says and 1/2 atualy playing it!

The ice-hockey game is a SO much more competitive and exciting variant of pong. I want to play it against a friend! Any ideas?
