If everything in SCHOOL was taught this way, there would be less filthy-mouthed Call of Duty fanboys and more little Einsteins making the world a better place.

Maybe when saying "abstract" what you actually meant was "synthetic"; there is hardly something more figurative than a drawing of a person near a tree. Maybe apples.
Really nice game series, by the way.

@alex414 Maybe because you don't read instructions and take the time rather than press space all the time and winging it .

i <3 these games... plus it gave me a great idea for a kodu game! (dont rate this down cause im advertising this) Kodu is a pc or xbox 360 game that lets you program games with a user friendly input selection such as When bump, Do grab or stuff like that. just go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=57a23884-9ecd-4c8a-9561-64bfd4fa2d3d&displaylang=en for a free download. trust me. its completely free i swear

I think it's great that Kongregate added badges; it made the game more popular, and helped others learn how to make games.

I actually disagree; I find it easier to relate to a character if they look more realistic, even if they're an alien diplomat or a dinosaur pack leader.

in the tutorial it gave me the option of control via mouse. Then I lost because I was trying to use the mouse after it switched to arrow keys only in the game. Other than that being unclear though, it was an interesting analysis of game making.

Let's add debate to this game \o/. Although the reasoning for why simple representation appeals to more people is fair, it still reminds me that it's a fictional game. Whereas if I see rich detail, I can dedicate myself more to that "reality".
What's your opinion folks?
