I started this game thinking that Kongregate was just VERY slow in getting the Dino Run game.
I was disappointed.

Can't eat other dinos when I want to, my dino stops while jumping down on leveled ground (not slows down - STOPS!)... nah, it's not worth wasting time.

When I saw the name I though oh, a second dino run, should be good. It wasn't as I expected: You have to run 200,000 meters or something, you don't get upgrades and worst of all, NO HATS????!?!?!?!

For everyone who's confused and/or disappointed, this game is just meant as a promo for Dino Run SE--a pay-game that adds a bunch of extras to the original. If you want to pay the $3, you can get all the promised hats and extra levels. Otherwise, just treat this as a mini game. There's no real sequel...yet?

The original was so epic, i played it for hours.. This does not even come close. :( i miss the epic fun feeling the first offered

Well it was fun, but I miss the ability to upgrade stats, find secret eggs and trying to get the best times I could in survival mode. I think a small sequel would have been much better (instead of a run until you die game). The whole point of the previous version was running to survive, in this one theres not much of a goal, and the replay value is noway near as high. The first dino run was a 5/5, but this just barely reaches a 3/5 for me. If you liked this but havent played the first dino run, play it, you will love it :)

After investing that much time in a run, it's too frustrating to have it go awry because you were dealt a bad level. I keep getting levels that are almost exclusively uphill. What the hell?

This is just a cash-in for the original - pointless fun, but doesn't really add anything. Might have been more enjoyable if eating things gave you a speed boost or something, rather than the rather pathetic boost, especially since running uphill is such a challenge for the poor guy...
