you could easily add a story to this game. He could be running away from a monster, or chasing after an evil guy whole captured his friend, or something like that.

yo Clane.... It's just basic poker psychology ala Mike Caro's Book Of Tells...they act strong (It's Impossible!!!!) when they're really weak, and act weak (It's sorta easy..but possible) when they're strong (watch out it's probably a vicious level lol). The weak guys just want you to run their level to get the hits...the strong guys (really tough levels or truly theoretically Impossible..like a 6 gap jump or a vicious spiral that couldn't be run with twenty extra walls lol ) just want you to run their level ( but for a different reason...they like to torture people and see you squirm lol). Just basic Psych 101 man.

It's fun, although I wish it was easier to see where my character is going to land when I jump. Cool idea and execution, though.

It is nice how I die about 50 times and still do not get frustrated like in other games where you have to watch annoying unskipabble Game over screen for one minute and then click several buttons to restart room. But here, just wait half a second and you can run again.

Regarding my latest level Ricochet Rabbit, here's a tip: You can curve your flight path and just catch the edge which will ricochet you off into the square to the right. Be ready as this will happen VERY fast lol. You then need to be ready to leap a 4 gap twice to safety. Takes a few tries unless you're lucky, maybe up to 30 tries.

When i was done i was like YESSS...
I would not recommend going for the hard badge unless you have a stress reliever nearby... level 50 made me want to tear my hair out

OK the Fourth In the Volcano series is out. The Yellowstone Caldera. A little Q and A for your edification peeps:

This somewhat reminds me of the old PC game "SkyRoads", especially in the later levels when it's almost a case of hopping around like mad. Oh how I loved that game. And I love this game too. Charming in its simplicity, and though it may be frustrating it's frustrating in a good way... It keeps pulling you back saying "I will not be defeated! I WILL beat this game!". :D -- 5/5

My burst of speed in finishing The War Against The Chtorr series was a desire to get it done before the New Year and hopefully to inspire David Gerrold to finish the series ( book 5 is due out sometime this year hopefully). I have waited 18 years for the next book. Gerrold says, in a wry tone, "...be patient Rome didn't fall in a day" lol. I agree; but, after 18 years one can imagine my impatience at finishing what was arguably the best sci-fi series ( in a very Heinlenesque style) to come out in a long time.

Very true dragon fire, even more so with Intense speed and then going back to Normal speed. Ok peeps Book 5 A Method For Madness, my next level in RUN, of the War Against the Chtorr series by David Gerrold, is out. It has some mean stuff from Everfrozen, and yip_does_jigjig's levels in it, along with some of my previous levels and some original stuff. Have fun...after all...all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy!!

having difficulty beating a level? set it to fast mode for a while, then go back to normal, and it seems much easier.

All the levels made by the programmer of RUN (player_03) are possible. Not only have they been done by many people, they have been done on Intense speed also just look at the achievement board. I have personally done them all on Intense speed...so it is possible..this should end any more silly questions about whether they can be done. All the levels I have created can be done. By very very good humans lol. Joe Blow ain't gonna make it hahahahaha. It's going to take a Tasselfoot or player_03, or Torph or somebody of that ilk to do them, especially the War Against The Chtorr series, Dr. Frankenstein's Monster and Lucifer's Path.... Newbies... Posers... Chumps..... dream on!!!
