random tip: at full speed and full double jump, you can get across the long chasms without using your 1st jump. this can be very useful to people with bad reactions. it also provides a very smooth landing.

@bullton: that cant be right. im in australia and it counts down to midnight. your in america i assume and it also counts to midnight. therefore, wherever you are in the world, the edmus days will always finish at midnight

This game is so simple yet so fun. While most mmos have complicated upgrades, items, classes, and skill trees this game only has 3 upgrades and a couple of hats which don't actualy affect your gameplay making the game solely based on skill. Also instead of waiting for open rooms or for the game to load you can jump in any time you want. This game makes you think about what actually makes a good game...

pouchmouse gives the same midnight for everywhere, for example if i where from china, their midnight, or end of that track, would be in the middle of the day

Something most people don't know is that the game will always show your last run the next time you play, however that run is only gaurenteed to show on the play after it.

let's face it, we play this so we can see the moment when "Your best run" hits a wall and dies. then you restart feeling fantastic only to see that that "your best run" person is beating you again.

The less air time you get, the faster you go. thats why you may live from falling off a gap, yet die on it when you mimic the same thing later.

cool game fun how you compete with others and after you die it tells you how far you when and how much farther you need to go to be first. I enjoyed this game and I hope future players will like it to. :D ^^

If you're still having trouble: follow the C.E.D.A.R rules:
C: Conga! best thing you can do. if you can sucsessfully mimic the leader, chances are you'll go as far as him.
E: Edge. Always go for the front edge of platforms. This will get you ready for most upcoming platforms, and jumping over platforms for no reason might render you helpless.
D: Doublejump. It is your friend, not to be abused. Multiple lead edmusus have died because they used their doublejump and had no way to recover. use it sparingly.
A: Approach. keep on dying on that rock at 1782 meters because you dont have your double jump? approach it differently then, give yourself another way to pass the obstical.
R: Repeat! Rarely will you get a top score in the first few tries. Try again, follow these steps, and good luck! :)

Pro Tip (cos you can never have enough): upgrading speed not only makes you faster, but it increases the amount of petals you get per run. so upgrade dat speed

Pro tip: the lower your upgrades are, obliviously the lower your jump is. however, you will get more controll over your jump if you do so. give it a try!

if that's one thing i still don't get about the petal highscores, it's what lilpadingting said. a majority of the people on that leaderboard arent even on the Max Distance Run leaderboard. it's quite confuzing.

I wish there were some really expensive upgrades like a "teleport" to keep you from missing the end of a platform or an extra platform for if you're about to land in the middle of a big hole. Also, it would be really fun if there were different difficulty levels that started you out in the middle and you had to pay in flowers to get to the harder or easier levels and at really far places in hard or easy levels there would be bonuses for things like flowers. Speaking of which, I have absolutely no idea how people get over 400 flowers in 1 run ._.- how does it work?

I just love this game. The controls are simple. There are plenty of people on this server, and the fun never ends. In my opinion, there's only one problem: last time I checked, I had about 2134 petals. I think that this game could use a heck of a lot more upgrades.
