Crashed in the deck edit part of the tutorial. Hit 'Save Deck', then picked new troop, it came up with an error message about an invalid troop name length, returned me to the edit screen and just hung...

Create more detailed campaigns with more story. You've started to create an interesting world and it would be nice to see more plot. I like the style in the "side stories" and it would be great if the rest of the single-player aspects of the game had that feel to it, rather than the meaningless grinding.
Hi reacker. Rewards are redeemed in Stash (blinking if something in there - top navigation bar). Once redeemed if it's a card it goes to Collection (click Armory and you'll be in Main collection, filter as necessary)

the click sound comes from the implemented chat, the sound in the battleanimator only disables the sound for the battles^^. If u want to mute the chat sound u have to maximize the chat, at the bottom is a button to disable the sound.

During the first training battle, i picked the cards and clicked "battle", but it is stuck saying waiting for opponent.

I glanced at the screen. Great, another moneygrabbing pay-to-win game. I wait. After tedious loading times, the game comes up. Wait, where were the Discounted Premium items and the energy bar? Did that pack really say it had a chance of Mythic? Why was everything free?

seems the morale thing is rather random
also once a card oposite of your card is dead your dard becomes mostly useless i would suggest fidnign a fix for this like maybe it attacks the next card over?
Once a hero opposite your hero is dead, you start hitting your opponent's morale. You win when your opponent's morale is 0. You also gain 2 morale when you your card kill's an opponent hero.

just expand the chat and turn the sounds off if they annoy u.

BC isnt about using the stronges heroes or about only killing the heroes of the opponent. without the morale system it would be quite boring. Its a not rarely seen strategy to use one unit with high offense or defense to tank as last survivor and win the battle for u, thats what cards like death ward are for.

slow loading times and the game needs increased speed in battle because the fast forward is still too slow at 3 and I want to watch it most times not skip it.

@Sckharshantallas are your characters next to that one at full health? if they are then it doesnt work but if theyre damaged, the person dies and it doesnt heal then that is a glitch

I really like this game but there's a steep wall once you've played into the Normal difficulty and I find myself having to retry constantly just to win any story missions. Maybe my deck is terrible but it's kind of annoying how there is no real way to grind out better cards because the Arena is filled with only people that have far superior end game cards, and it keeps matching you up against the same people you lost handily to. And raiding feels like banging my head against a wall because I'm so bad. And I'm not too keen on paying 100 shards to possibly win more when I don't even really understand the game fully yet. I wish I could just restart from scratch at this point.

this game is amazing. tyrant is a extremely good game i rated it well but i have to admit this was better. if only i could rate higher then 5.... and i dont see why the avrage is 3 6.5!!!

So, i played this game for a few hours (more then a few really), got some packs, got some cards, finished some story mode quests. Decided to go duel : Almost every matchup is against someone with all red / orange card. I lose every single match, not much fun huh? So i ask myself, how much would I have to pay to be a winner? How much did you guys pay? For some little time i actually believed this wasn't another pay to win ccg

I came into this thinking it looked really good and it is but I honestly can't keep playing a game that punishes me for using powerful cards like this does.
It takes a little getting used to we admit. But energy management is an important element of the game. We will working on rebalancing the energy costs of some of the lower tier cards, as we believe players in the higher tiers have the tools and have adapted their strategies to deal with the issue. Thanks for your comments.

bug: if you win by morale victory with low morale yourself but skip the battle it'll think you lost but if you replay it'll give you the win

Really, I had to close my browser during the game now I can't even play because NPC wants me to buy a pack I have no money for sorry 1/5 till I get a response.

@master27662 I just played with this card right now [Zombie from Twilight 5/5/10 Death Heal (3) Twilight Clan Regen (2)]. He died and the Skeletons (with 4 life while they have 9 full) aside him wasn't healed at all. Guess it's a glitch after all.

this game needs a better undersatnding of how the currency works and BETTER PRICES FOR CARDS make all prices the same i dont wanna pay 50$to get dang crystals or rupees
Hi gaarm - Energy is a resource (blue bar) - all character cards and most support cards use up a certain amount each turn. When in battle, after a character turn, the total Energy Cost (EC) of the card is taken from the Player total. There are also some abilities that manipulate this resource, e.g - Mesmer x - adds x to a random enemy's EC. Once player's Energy is depleted it will eat up from its Morale bar (once 0 you lose the battle)
