Possesed Mardek: Mardek!.... Was anyone thinking of Plankton and Mr. Krabs when they were at this part?

I absolutely love this game! But did anyone else get really bad lag once they got to the battleship? Even with graphics on minimum, it's really hard to win a react.

well, fir those who wouldn't have figured it out by now, there are certain skills which can be targeted on multiple units simply by pressing the arrow key of the general direction of the target.(left for offensive and right for defensive)these skills include mardek's heal, vehrn's green lightning and all of the skills of emela.and also we can heal our enemies and damage ourselves by just targetting the specific unit.healing opponents is quiet usefull while fighting undeads, considering that the final boss itself is undead.hope it helps:)

the gasper melchoir and balthazar are the three kings who gave gifts to the lord jesus christ and the rohoph in this game is actually the lord who heals

So many good references and easter eggs in this game...I just met two guards named Mercutio and Tybalt (Romeo and Juliet)

EQUIPMENT/EXPLOREbTIP: Things that give you new abilities, immune, or resistance or attack boosts, master and register the skill, so that even if you take the item off, the boost is permanent. This can be very useful, so you can have an item on the character to get the skill, master it, then give it to another character so THEY can have it too! Also, make sure to do a full search of each area with chests with your map. It'll be worth the painful walking/fighting as a majority of the chests have some pretty damn useful items, like equipment to get some new skills, and some of and maybe some useful stuff ie: Phoenix Downs. If you go back to the cave where you fought the bandit leader, and go in the other 2 paths, you can get a miner's amulet from a miner, and some loot, as well as some sick items if you go to the main cave at the end, and go into the cave opening on the left. Also, attempt aqualung at bridge...

COMBAT TIP: Emela's spells can target all enemies at once if you push the right key, at the cost of double mana, and Mardek can also do a team heal by hitting the right key! This can come in handy for taking down multiple enemies, or a nice solid quick heal on the team instead of wasting a bunch of potions in battle, and your attack phase.

With the 2nd Moric battle have some characters learn Vim or equip some Bonestones and he will pretty much revive your team members for free... made the battle rather easy.

And since some people think Moric is hard, try getting to Cambria (the trilobite city), buying the air-element wand, and teaching Emela the skill that has 20% chance to stun enemies with magic. Somehow, I managed to stun Moric on the first hit, and he skipped so many turns I was able to kill him only a couple turns after he summoned his droma.

@Louvrempg: Isn't using anti-undead weapons better? When Vehrn uses Disrupt Undead, he deals almost 2000 damage. WAYYYY better than 550 damage, and and even his basic attacks can reach around 800 damage.

So.... I left the game running for... several hours in a fight, and when i cam eback the characters, including enemies were freaking out. going through all of their animations, and mardek and emela's weapons continuosly cycle... while deugan has his normal sword and the assassin fellow (forgot his name) has the twin trilobites. and unfortunatelyt i had to refresh to continue playing...

i defeat moric(social fox) by making deugan use strength i do it lots of times and when his STR becomes 75+ i atatack XD 550 DAMAGE.

i wish you would gain something from leveling up besides max hp, max mana and RP. Like skill points to increse STR or AGI for example and unlock new abilities instead of having to master them from equips

If you're having trouble finding trilobite keys here they are:
#1 Tainted Grotto - B2
#2 Zombie (sword form) (30%) (Canonia only)
#3 Catacombs - Social Fox's Tomb
#4 Talk to Gope in the Goznor Inn in Chapter 2, provided you didn't kill him in the Gem Mine (Aeropolis Antique Shop, if not obtained in Chapter 2 same with #2).

Noob tip from a noob: guys, while in battle, take your finger off the 'z' key. I'm pretty sure i've skipped Deugan's turn about 4 times already...

wow. hard to believe the intense praise for such a plodding, tedious, verbose game. hated it two years ago. hate it more now

Fun game - I like the old school rpg style - dialog can be a bit long at times and hard to understand occasionally (and a few spelling mistakes) but good for the most part. Good humor, but the old game instruction comments with the other characters not knowing what they are talking about gets a bit old (especially considering it was already done 100 times in other games). My biggest complaint? 8 chapters? I doubt they will all be made...

Zombie Warrior used RRAAAAGHHH, and everyone except Vehrn was living. Vehrn dodged and I killed it! :D Good thing, because I hadn't saved.
