Does anyone know how to slay the Bone Demon? I'm quite early in the game and I think I have to evolve some more before I can defeat him... Or are there any cheesy/effective ways to beat him early as well?

SPOILER:To kill that security demon keep using mardeks null light and dark ability and use gloria's razor leaf ability use the others to heal them and restore there mana and keep it up also try to confuse it :D

use champion sword or any light elemental attacks to kill the molestor, even fire element can deal 50% damage to the molestor

and barring the champion sword from the 2nd game, you should have at least one sun sword from the solakian temple and that will still carve up those molestors

well as a dark elemental it is weak to light elemental attacks so any weapons that deal light damage will carve it up a good weapon being the champion's sword from the 2nd game, barring that get resistances to dark and wear it down w/ other sources of damage

@mighty yes it is, the easiest way is to spam noxious bombs on it until it's confused, and keep applying the bomb so it can't get out of it, eventually, it will cast death on itself. (Hilarious, btw) Don't worry if it doesn't show up in your encylcopedia, it's not supposed to.

I wasn't necessarily talking to anyone, I have seen people saying "when is the next one" and "it's taking too long!" so I just wanted to address those peoples...so eh, sorry for any misunderstanding, I guess? I guess I didn't word it the best...

@hkg yes, im' aware. I'm a veteran fighunter, and I've been following alorafane posts. Pseudo is not working on this version of MARDEK. It will not be called MARDEK chapter 4 it'll just be MARDEK, and will instead of being chapters, be episodes every other week. Lots of changes are being made. For all I know, we could get to keep our items, but I doubt it. Even if it is called MARDEK 4, how would that make sense? they're not the same series anymore

Pseudo has been working on Mardek 4, chapter one of which (I believe there will be multiple chapters, like 18 or something) will be completed on November 15-25th ish, supposedly. So anyone who doesn't think so, well, go to alorafane.com/blog, so uhm, yeah.

Sun axe ain't worth the effort. It has no skills attached that aren't on another axe, or maybe it has no skills attached. I forget. Just know it isn't worth excessive grinding. And you'll soon get an axe with better damage. The Mahogany staff from Saul's place is worth the effort of grinding to get - dropped by Posh Zombie. Not to be confused with Posh Spice, though their facial expressions sometimes look alike.
You'll also get a chance at a sun axe in the Arena.

I named my save file deugan. I regret this now, as he died in chapter 2, even though all my characters were level 25 and I could've beaten dracelon in 2 minutes. Dammit. AH WELL R.I.P. DEUGAN. Oh but I've played this game before, so I know that currently, as I start playing this chapter, he is in the water temple with Emela!

It would be nice if you could put back the crystals. I took the crystal from the water temple, but I hadn't killed 100 monsters yet for the chalice. I had saved immediately after getting the crystal, so I can only restart the entire game if I want to be able to complete the optional dungeons :(

I guess I can see why Pseudo might want to restart the series...It'll never be the same, to me, though. The new designs for his characters...they just don't feel as *real* anymore

Sammurott, "fans" like you are one of the reasons he went on hiatus. He's rebooting the series, because before, it was a passion project, but now, his interests have changed. If he continued to work on this, it'd only take longer, and it's quality would drop. Believe me, it's better this way. From what I can tell, not too much is changing beyond the battle system, and the look. However, nothings set in stone. I doubt though that Pseudo will change the characters too much, as in his blogs, you can tell he's just as attached to his creations as he is. Try to have faith in Pseudo, he's trying his best, and getting steamed while writing an angry message to him will do nothing but further ruin your Mardek dreams. If you need closure, either write a bloody fan fiction, or play the next games.
