people even after you put the whit stone that calms tyhe dark monsters in the sun temple, is it still possible to get random battles.. since i've discoverd i've missed 2 monsters in the wikipedia that are not seenable again in the arena....

Doesn't seem natural for Elwyen to be doing more damage bonking things with her harp than Gloria can do with a polemace. (But i suppose an astral harp isn't exactly natural.)

Some people in the comments here are still acting as if there's going to be new chapters if we just wish hard enough. It's not gonna happen as everyone closely following him knows very well. Pseudolonewolf has long been past the point where he could ever continue Mardek. Even if he will be able to sort out his personal stuff and still want to produce games, it will not be Mardek. The best he's offered is a sort of summarization of how the story was gonna play out, but it's not even likely that's gonna be published as I see it.

Ok, for anyone who is complaining about losing save files and stuff, they get deleted when the browser cache is cleared, but you can very easily back them up and never lose them. Find your save files here: (for Chrome) Go to AppData (you can easily get there by pressing windows+R then typing in %APPDATA%)
AppData \ Local \ Google \ Chrome \ User Data \ Default \ PepperData \ Shockwave Flash \ WritableRoot \ #SharedObjects \ [whatever is here, for me its FJTSKLEY] \ chat.kongregate.com Save files will look like 'MARDEKv3_sg_n.sol' where n is your save file number -1 so 0 is slot 1. Just copy and paste it into a backup folder, and if it gets deleted, you can put it back in. You could also just go to AppData and search for chat.kongregate.com.

This whole series (or at least the ones we get) is great. I spent more time than I imagine I would spent on a kong's game trying to get everything done being sorta completionist. I saw some people angered about the creator for this and that but mostly for not continuing this series, people really like it and they're mad that they cant enjoy more of it. I get that. But I also understand why the creator choose not to continue. Only thing I can say is, just appreciate it and give the guy a break. He deserves it. Kudos to you Toby for this experience.

Why can't I stack identical pieces of armor? If I have 10 pieces of bandit armor, that takes up 10 slots in my inventory, in my item storage, or in a vendor's inventory instead of only taking up 1 slot.

...And, well, 8 years on, I finally got all the badges and finished the series. Hopefully the game never gets taken down from Kong, but if it does, I'll still be content.

@yagi Miasmal chalice is needed to access the secret content and complete the Impossible badge. Which is totally worth it, though you will expend many fun, joy filled hours doing so.

Just so y'all know, Mardek 4 is never coming out. This is the last game in the series - the series itself got rebooted about 3 years ago and is now on mobile platforms. But it's still one of the most solid RPGs, ever.

Finally finished this awesome game in 1 full week nearly and with some good memories. This game wont leave my heart. Soon mardek 4 should come out and I finished this game in 39 hours. Very well done Pseudolonewolf... Hats off!!! A very good satisfactionary game this Mardek Series. Deugan... Emela... Elwyn.. Miss you!!!

fought karnos for a solid 30 min and when I beat him I take the loot but had no succes finding the items in my inventory, Ill try again tomorrow on the previous save but still.. what a bug

This game is great, but what really pissed me off is that i lost my best itens in chapter 2 because they were equipped in characters that simply don't appear in this chapter. And if I knew about it, I would surely mastered all the abilities before going to chapter 3. Next time I suggest that every time you "lost" a character, all his/her itens should go to item storage, so you don't lose anything

@Dutchtica... that's not supposed to happen, nor has it ever happened to me. I just played through again earlier this month, and all of my items in the storage space (not the character's inventory) were still in there. I mean hell, I still brought over both Tunics from Chapter 1. Maybe try again, loading an old save from the end of Chapter 2?
