This desperately needs to be RATED DOWN. Not because it lacks merit--it's invaluable for completionists--but because it's threatening to overtake the game that it's a WALKTHROUGH FOR in the monthly contest, which would be both tragic and hilarious. @WoodenCheese, make sure you're going into Meraeador's house with all 3 items and BOTH Meraeador and Gloria in your party. If you just have Meraeador, he'll remind you that Gloria is needed to cast the spell but none of the other party members will be as helpful on that issue.

Hey if winning a second cash prize meant possibly creating the next chapter of Mardek as a full length rpg (like classic nintendo rpg length) then I'd be down. I wouldn't even mind seeing the potential and gameplay mechanics here polished up in another epic story.

GOLEM KILLING COMBO
Want to fast kill golems in Miasmel Citadel?? Use Elwyen's spirit song and now use Legions spirith nova. Instead of 50% dam it does a 100%...Note that joure Legion, needs to have spirith nova and that it needs to be around the same lvl as the golems.
Also works on other big enemys as long as legion's lvl is around the same..

typo on chapter 2 First Mission it says the cog necklace from chapter 2 can be useful in Muriance and wasnt the cog necklace from chapter 1?

There is a typo in the Earth Temple section, under Fallen Priest. The first sentence reads, "The boss off this place..."

Mareador never gave me the quest to get the parts for legion, he just joined my party. I have all the reagents, but I can't make legion.

damn it my game stopped responding so i refreshed the page and when tried to load my file which had over 30 hours of game play, lvl 21 mardek still in the sun temple and a crap-oad of items which i could have used like over 50 potions of each type EACH and a lo of miscellaneous items and over 20k gold

just to add a little information, the water gardian is super weak to air aswell, more so than earth, so use mardeks air strike against it!

I cant help but notice this is listed as a tutorial.
I am having a lot of trouble finding where it teaches you how to do anything with flash. Please explain to me where this is located.

Dont want to nit pick, but i think chapter 3 has some major balance issues with some of the earlier enemies, mainly the pixies, and the cactuses in the sand cave.

hey ummm i fought all the trilobite warriors except the one in miasmal citadel how can I find him all thats there is a room (i couldnt be bothered to get the chalices as the guide said they were for getting to karnos not getting the last trilobite)

After you defeat Moric, talk to Gallovar (the guy in the Goznor's monastery) for a Yalortian Amulet, which can give Verhn the skill, "Green Lightning."

The Crystal Rose is not in the walkthrough. When you have beat the water guardian and got the key, its in the water temple, on the first door on the right. Check the map for its position, its not on a chest.

@metalheart50 You dont have to swim or do anything in the water. Check the map (on the menu when pressing enter) to be sure you didint miss anything.
Pseudowolf, the walkthrough says it will be updated in the next few days, it has been already 12 days and is still the same (or i see the same as before), can you give a more accurated date or tell us how is the walkthrough progressing?

i'm having difficulty with the first mission of chapter 2. :(((( i can't find my way through the gem mine. i think i have to do something with jumping in the water but cannot instruct my characters to do so. any tips?

this guide save my life in the part to buld legion. im not whit the guide all the time and in the part of you have the water cristal and go to emela room in the bed i accidentally talked and ... Dreamstone XD
i recomend to kill the security guard you can do it in level 22 its not too hard
