So, the tactic is simple: keep one line of mellee, 3 lines of ranged. First, goblins die, then skeletons, and then the real fight begins. Use the demon's smash skill all the time. Werewolves against all except city guards and paladins (you need all 10 to be alive at the titan). Cursed knights at the rest. At wave 32, use apocalypse, put underworlds with their skill activated in front, and enjoy the show. At titan put demon in front, then werewolves with roar, and cursed knights behind them. That's how i won, but it's really difficult.

Finished it by day 39. I loved the fact you can finish it without all the upgrades - although it was extremely hard. You need to be tactical and pay attention to what units you send where, and when to activate their skills. I will post another comment for the tactics i used 5/5

I enjoy the strategy of being able to move units around to fit the situation. Putting strength vs weakness at all times to go much further and timing out the unit abilities.

I get the feeling the idea was to make a strategic fantasy version of a "launch" game. I think the current concept might get more favorable reviews with some pick ups/treasure/bonuses; some way of getting further to compare with bouncing on a creep etc. Good game as is though.

Checkpoints, nough said there. Also the randomness is a bit unbalanced. You shouldnt upgrade and then not get as far as you just got unupgraded. Makes the upgrades mean less in the long run.

great game and concept only so friking slow holy crap. and beside skills not much to do . feels like a decent anti idle game

I do not get this game, there is 0 point in strategy, just pointless grind, 5 golins do better than 8 goblins and 3 archers.... this is all beyond me, if i just could give negative score :/

@qigames : a sort of checkpoint could be helpfull (saving your army progress and % of units lost). This way you can choose to advance further with a part of your army depending on how you succed, but still don't have to begin from the start (very boring). When you think you have a greater and more powerfull army you could restart from the begining and make another "checkpoint" with a better % of full your army. Don't know if you understand what i mean ;) ... + the game will be less repetitive, - you will collect less gold.

i think i found a mistake. when looking at the demon it say "is strong against all enemy EXCEPT Titan and -->guardDemon<--
doesnt really make sense....

starts a bit boring and does not get much better till you have enough units to start swapping. Then it becomes pretty good.

Up to Day 24 and got around Wave 20 something and absolutely loving this game. Given it does get repitive and you have to face the same enemies each time does get annoying - the feeling after you have invested some time into this game and see your army grow and absolutely annihilate the enemies is a feeling you may rarely get. Possibly add checkpoints throughout where you can choose where you want to start so if you want more money go from the begiinning or if you just got some new upgrades and units and wanna test them now - you can go 500 feet it or to a certain wave but left aside - this is a great game and a definite 4/5. Can't wait to see what you'll do next!

It does have some strategy. Units all have strengths and weaknesses, so you can change them up each wave. This is also good for letting certain skills recharge. But yeah, definitely needs some checkpoints or level select system. It takes way too long for way too little reward to have to play from the start every single time when you're trying to upgrade all your bottom row units.

too much grinding good game just gets so boring fighting the same waves overand over hoping that the upgrades you got will let you get further. Also takes way to long for some combat would be nice to have a higher speed up

so, giving that the speed button only currently works when you aren't focused on the screen here's how to solve the game. 1) click the speed up button. 2) click over to a different browser for a bit. 2) Listen to the fighting, wait for it to subside. 3) Click back over, press the charge ahead button. 4) Wait for fighting to start then click a different browser page. Repeat until you get gold quick and finish this grinder. Also, don't forget cheats or you'll be at it forever!

Too much grinding, the enemy keeps coming always in the same order.... so there is little to do then clicking unit skills....

The concept is refreshing, but the gameplay - honestly - is dull. There is no real need for human interaction. It would be a lot better game if it would be an idle game and I would not have to do more just to lean back and watch my fearsome army grow.

@therockmeisterz Checkpoints wouldn't work. If the game saved at a checkpoint that was too strong for you to pass, you would be stuck as you would be able to get gold to improve to able to pass and would have to start over.

I finally figured it out. The Speed button only works when you have another window in focus. So, if I check my email it's fast. Or as I type this comment it's fast. But it's slow if you press the button and are playing the game. What a weird bug!

If you click medals on the title screen you'll see a list of metals you can get!!! (I wonder if i'll get uprated like the guy who said the same thing as I did except for the cheats button) I dont get the way people vote sometimes.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Too much initial grinding required, before you unlock more units you bored to death by playing same battles over and over again. Definitely need some sort of level/checkpoint system that rewards you with one time gold bonus to progress faster and don't repeat same battles over and over again. This is very solid and well made game but needs more polishing to be fun to play.

Good but my only nitpick is the ai. They tend to move 1 by 1 to the middle even though they have the advantage at numbers. So what is 4v1 becomes 1v1 - or luckily 2v1 - at a time. They should be able to gang up if the enemy is only solo.

I would love to try your game but it's restricted to Flash Player 11 or higher. Unless you're using FP11-only features, it's probably just your compiler default settings getting in the way.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The game has stategy..ome on to say it does is pretty ignorant..... certain units has strengths and weakness against others but yeah it can be improved upon.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Guys... You do have strategy, you're just brainless. You can swap units during the game, for example your skeletons are ultimately weak when not under the effects of their ability, same goes for the Underworld Knights - so when their activated ability ends you switch them places etc. etc. Same goes for the ranged units - sometimes even choosing the activated ability to be used a second later may help you in the fight after the fight you're currently in... -.-
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Madmen are way overpowered for a midgame enemy. Making them at least neutral to Cursed Knights and Underworld Fighters would be ideal.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
could be a good game if fixed...first...SPEED BUTTON...second give me something to do other than charge....3rd money is tedious to come by.
