Trick: try to put each dot in the middle of all the dots it is connected. You will need to repeat, and if you need to expand it, just spread out each dot into their relative position to one another.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
strategy: look for the dots with the fewest connections FIRST and the ones with more later and find dots with common links so they would make triangles, which will end up making a triangle, square, etc. with a dot in the middle

The best strategy is to first arrange the points that have the most strings attached. Once you arrange those so that none of their connecting lines cross, you can continue to points with less strings.

If you have no idea how to solve it, here's an easy approach which will get you a long way: Start by spreading out all the points in a circle, preferably with the outer ring all connected. Then, look at the points with the most and longest white lines going from it. Move those closer to all the points they are connected to, and repeat. This should give you a good starting position from which you can solve the rest.

Once you find the three points to the big triangle, it's not so hard. Identifying them can be tricky on a couple of the levels though.

Also, the puzzles at the very start of each level are actually quite beautiful pictures (excepting the first two levels)

very nice game concept! Really simple and very fun! And the music is good and relaxing as well, though it won't keep you from riping your hair off from frustration lol!

nicely done, but it got tedious after a little while. I agree with the idea of showing the player what the original "picture" looked like; I was trying to figure it out on one or two levels when I was nearing solution, but couldn't manage to.

I loved the last level XD it was clever. the whole game is a mix of hardships and incredible fun!!! hope all the puzzle lovers find this game!!! i give a a 1000000000000000000

I thought this would be easy. Easier said than done. Nice game though, took alot of smarts memory. not to mention patience.

Okay a tip
Your shape is a Triangle
Choose 3 points which are connected to each other with LEAST other connections
And put dots with most connections around the center

everything new for a newborn baby, the original is http://www.planarity.net and more than 8 YEARS OLD. (not even to mention at planarity, you have random generated and infinitive levels) So 1/5 for stealing an idea and don't giving any credit for the ORIGINAL AUTHOR.

EVIL level is too much for me. I'm almost blind and i waste too much time for a very-simple-to-create game. If you connect knots in a special order i'll give it a try, this randomness it's awful.

it's fun and addicting, but the music makes me feel like I'm in the opening for an '80s movie (or a softcore pornographic film), and I'll be interrupted at any time to be taken away by the government agency who designed this game to train people to untangle the webs of evil space spiders (or naked thrusting that vaguely resembles intercourse)

Nice game, kinda relaxing. like others have said would be good if there was a a user level creation feature. Needs an Medium badge like 'Needs Conditioner - Untangle all 20 levels'

Really difficult, maybe too much. Sometimes it seems that the author just put the points there... anyway, I enjoyed the challenge. 4/5
