you CAN reset a level. do you see the circles in the top-left corner? they let you go to any level past and your highest level, so you have to click a level before your current level, and then the level that you were just on again

Like schizophoenix said, a similar game (using randomly-generated levels instead of pre-defined ones) has been around for years, you can find it on www.planarity.net if you need a more thorough challenge :p

A good strategy is to find 4 points, which are connected with each other. Then they have to form a triangle with a point inside. Great game! 5/5

Has anyone heard of Planarity? Same as this, only with infinite levels. Therefore, I give you only 3/5 (instead of the 4/5 I might otherwise have given)

Most of the shapes when they are untangled end up being triangles. Very well designed and perfect difficulty level. 5/5

It sometimes helps to put all the dots on top of each other, and start from there, sometimes, but not all of the times.

But then, miraculously, Fáry's theorem and Wikipedia save the day. As for the first criteria, there's also an O(n) algorithm for that. Or at least Wiki says so.

The text it displays on some of the levels is irritating, because it is exactly the same color as a unsatisfied line.

3/5. The game has a major flaw in that it's not really an untangling game, it's more "Guess which like is on top". It's more of a guessing game than anything else, because all the lines are the same color and 2 dimensional.

Great game. It kept me quite entertained. The Main thing I think is a problem is the lack of levels. Also, it would be kind of fun to see how you intended us to solve the tangles, because I swear one of mine looked like a rocket ship! Follow up with another one, because this one was great!

I will say that I HATE THIS GAME SO MUCH!!! However I can say that you really worked on it, the idea was really great, and perfectly executed. I can really say that this IS a great game, it's just that i don't prefer this kind of game!!!

5/5 Fantastic Game! Only thing lacking is a reset button. I thought my eyes were going funny but it turns out the background fades as you go.. Whoops!

im not here to comment on this game but im trying to go on EE but it won't let me?? im trying to find out where it went.

Mx4, I think there's a theorem that states that solving such level is possible if and only if there's:
1) No five points that are all connected with each other and
2) No pair of threes of points where each point from one three is connected to all points from the other tree.

But, this and any other game like it really could use some sort of multi-select-and-move or at least "slide all" for when you realize you've got the right on the left and vice versa and little room to the sides.

I gotta say, so far this is my favorite game on this entire site. 5/5 hard, but you feel accomplished when you beat a level even if it takes you 10 mins. I would like to see more levels added maybe abit harder levels.

The strategy I use is to choose a random dot, place is far from the rest, then I find all the dots connected to that particular one and place them on an arch or line, so that no lines beetween them cross. If its still impossible to tell how to win in one-two moves, I choose one of the dots on the line, and do the same thing i did with the previous one. If its impossible to do so on an arch or a line then that means the dot you choose is one surrounded by others. At this point i prefer to find another that is an 'external' one, so to speak.
