The story of this isn't random, just to be random- it is about four women, and the story of recalling their experiences and telling it to their children- all of them in the same wonderful house the children seem to fear.
It is random, because it is supposed to be a story for a small child; the ending is not sad, it is simply meant to be Ann's turn to finish the story to her child, soothe his fears and let him finally sleep. Everything was erased because her child was too captivated by the story, which is beautiful in itself even if you share or do not share in their experiences.
Bravo; for the beautiful and whimsical experience.

Boring, tedious, and nonsensical. There are so many options, and I for one don't feel like trying every single combination of verb and object until I figure out how to make the game/story progress. Caught some fireflies, don't know where she stored them, and saw 4 different areas before I decided it was no longer worth the time.

LEARN EVERYTHING!
BEFRIEND EVERYTHING!
COOK EVERYTHING!
FORGET EVE- Wait, what was I saying? Who are you? Do I live here?
The ending was... a bit depressing. But fantastic job on the game!

A beautiful little game, but I'm not sure I understand its hidden/inner meaning, if there is any. I enjoyed playing it nevertheless.

It was nice until the end, where the game completely left me behind, and I couldn't understand what it was trying to get at. As a game, not too hard, nor is it too easy, and really makes you think during some parts.

once you get used to the wacky verbs, it is an enjoyable game. It reminded me of the game Loom, where you play music instead of clicking on verbs

okay, the girls are trying to make the boy (who honstly creeps me out) go to sleep, i think. each do this by a ... story? This could explain the transporting and stuffs. ALSO! note: all four chars are intended to be girls... maybe. The boy might be the guy who goes, And i quote "A boy says, it's too dark, it's too quiet, it's too boring and grey. i think the girls were just trying to make him sleep... but half the fun of these games is to interpet.

Majesty of Colors, Company of Myself, I Can Hold My Breath Forever, Loved, and Don't Look Back all should be in an inspirational category. This one, too... Not as much, but it is inspirational!

I can tell that you put a lot of heart into the story behind the game :) It must bring back so many personal memories for you.....unfortunately I wasn't able to connect, but if you and other players are then the game's purpose has been met :)
