The most important information in my opinion is (if that is true but i really had the impression it is) that the shapes give more points the bigger they are in other words the closer they are to the line where they appear. Knowing this (again mentioned if its true^^) i easily got 7 million points instead of like 3,5 million before. Dont have another explanation for this.

Damn! Didn't notice that the hard badge specified a particular song until after scoring 6 million with a different song.

OK, never mind my comment about the badge being difficult. Instead, I want to rephrase it to being almost entirely about RNG (random number generator) a.k.a. luck. I replayed once more and played quite carelessly but I got like 15 purple powers, instead of just 1, and even though it said I got like 57 % of the shapes this time, I got 5799 shapes collected... very weird as 64 % apparently was only 2262 last game.

Nice music, but the badge of the day (medium) is very difficult, unless I'm doing something wrong. I really try to collect shapes as best I can and I avoided red shapes very well, except a few. I still only got 64 % of the shapes and 2262 shapes out of 4000! to get the badge... Feels like I'm too far away to want to try more. Also it seems to be quite a bit of luck involved. I only got 1 yellow madness and 1 purple (magnetic) shape.

Playing this 10years later again, I did the hard badge on first try. No clue why I failed that back then.
Still a lovely game

Floral, Wave, Straight, RESTART if no YELLOW MADNESS before progress bar hits "R" of "Rate this game", restart if you hits any red any time, after a few tries you should settle. the most important thing: yellow madness in first 20%. Also is there anyone else finds Hard Dailies annoying? Speak up or we'll get a impossible daily tomorrow!

That moment when you click on the game for BOTD, and find that you've played it before, but only ALMOST got the badge...

Never have I played a game so peaceful. Except when I hit a red symbol, then it turns me into a sailor, but all in all I love this game and the wonderful piano pieces.

I can tell you now, this game is a very fun challenge. The music is so beautiful and calming it makes you want to try more. I have gotten all of the badges including the daily and the hard badge is definitely hard. In my opinion, the straight pattern is definitely your best bet in collecting all the badges. A great game!

That awesome moment when you accidentally catch a red shape but you immediately recover all the yellow shapes thanks to a purple one!

I got 4.9987 mill on letting go and was about to break my keyboard buy then it gave the bonus points for the high combo, phew.

See, this is what's great about Badge of the Day. I never would have clicked on a musical note game, but I tried it for the badge and fell in love with it. 5 stars and favorite'd.

For the kind of people who come here to relax and just have fun, this is one of the truly perfect games in existence. No need for hardcore here.

HARD: Letting Go -> Abstract, Radar, Right.
I was able to score 10,000,000 easily on my first try with this setup!

I have never made a comment before, but this was necessary. Although this masterpiece doesn't even need to receive a compliment, I praise you all who worked hard to complete the game. Everything, from the shapes to the colours (and the music, of course) was stunning. It was an honor to play. Thank you. Let's just hope there's a sequel.
