Regarding limited ammo, no automated turret has limited ammo, they're all unlimited. Commander's personal turrets do have limited ammo, and they really need to. If I gave them unlimited ammo, I'd have to reduce their power. Although there might be lots of changes to scaling, the idea is that you want to jump to turrets when you need to, or see a good opportunity to dish out damage, if you were in them for too long then you wouldn't have time for your other commander duties.
And in case it wasn't clear, you do not actually control the turret itself, but a turret that's teleported on top of the one you click (you can often point down and see the other turret doing it's thing). Therefore, you cannot negatively impact the performance of a turret by going into FP mode, in fact, in the future you will only potentially positively impact it (will transfer experience and possibly morale boost to turret under you).

Using the first Commander's turret option doesn't work too well against the ground troops, because you usually can't see too well over the edge of the TALL building you're on.

This is so much more than a great TD game! You can actually control the turrets and turn it into a first person shooter! I mean it's not only so well executed but it is so innovative as well!

Pretty much the best tower defense game ever. it's innovative, dynamic, beautiful, action packed, strategy packed - you name it. Creativity at its best. Thanks for this game.

Selling gives 100% not 75% as the tooltip says.

Nice TD! The FPS part is a nice addition which I've never seen before - great if you like it! Some flaws as mentioned above: Targeting those creeps which are more dangerous to your shield than others - Broken money bug on microtowers. One of the most anoying things is the homing of the AA missiles: They keep missing over and over until the target was shot down by an MG! Elsewhere the sniper-micro shoots most of my time on an already destroyed target, sometimes not at all! Also other microtowers don't seem to work properly as they often do not trigger on a kill! THE BIGGEST PROBLEM: The simulation does not resolve same results on different simulation speeds! The faster it goes the more enemies stay alive! THIS MAY NOT BE!
Anyhow: Great game! ROCK ON!!!

This game is innovative, well paced, and gorgeous in it's graphical simplicity. That said a few suggestions: Perhaps targeting priority should be reworked a bit. For example as was already pointed out the towers target newer enemies and ignore older targets that are closer to the city. Also faster enemies should take priority over slower enemies within that equation. Great game though, even for a beta. 5/5

This game is nothing short of mindblowing. The face-melting graphics and the innovative gameplay really bring this game to life. All it needs now is a couple of bug fixes (mainly with unity crashing) and you will have yourself a true masterpiece.

I love it. The only thing that really bugged me was that the sell/upgrade tiles can be clicked through, so if you have adjacent towers you have to get right on the edge of the tile to make upgrades happen. Make upg/sell opaque or move them slightly. Other that than this is all kinds of impressive for a web game.

Good game. Good graphics. Good turrets. 5, 5, 5. It is AWESOME that I could actually snipe a tiny aircraft far away using a CANNON TURRET, of all things.
Few requests: Maybe an increase in maximum ammo? Like 50 for cannons, at least? And an upgrade tree, which lets you add special effects to the turrets. Either in-game or not, I'll still love it.
I'm actually the most idiotic player in this game, reaching a 70M+ in my score, and a 7M+ in overall, thus reaching top rank. Must be the difficulty spike.

It's still being worked on, wouldn't call it a sequel since what's posted here is just an alpha. It's been slow going because I did some work on Planetside 2 which absorbed much of my time in the last 2 years. Still have much work to do, but it's coming together nice. Thanks for the kind words.

One thing I have a problem with is when mousing over a tower, the description of the turret kinda feels cluttery. I feel like it should just pop up a the bottom left or right.

An advanced form of tower defense..really appreciable idea.. this should be given a better platform and forum to evolve with much larger player database.

Best part about the game was controlling the towers and owning the enemies... well as long as you had ammo. And who managed to take down an air unit with the artillery tower? That was my biggest feat.
I'm still working on it, just have pretty limited time since I'm working more than a full-time job. There have been some pretty massive improvements though, while I'm looking forward to putting up a new version, I just don't seem to have enough time :(.
