Similar to Joshiba1's remark, if you sit on the toilet with pants off but wait for the timer it tells you that you shit your pants. Curiously though if you take off your pants and kick the door you shit on the floor. Consistency isn't this game's strength.

I found a bug, if you remove your pants then type "fart lightly" three times in a row it says "You just shit your pants" despite the fact that i removed the pants
