Can I just keep sending weak units to collect more "infamy"until I can buy all of the upgrades and then go on to level 2?

With most of the improvements I got all golds by a wide margin with. Turtle. Golem. Priest. GobboX5, Golen, Priest, GobboX2. First few rounds keep healing the Turtle till it gets to expensive. Nuke the bog tower at the start of every round. When it gets too expensive to heal start with the quakes and nuking tower but always with the nuking of the bog tower. With enough spell power and 7 gobbos a trip you can get through the 6 times you need to win without the towers getting overpowered. Also allows you to save by avoiding clense and elemental upgrades. Not the only way, just the way that worked for me.

i got all gold medals and got the hard badge already. these order work well on every level.

I personally found this to be the best group with 12 units.
1. Turtle 2. Goblin 3. Goblin 4. Golem 5. Priest 6. Goblin. Elemental 8. Golem 9. Priest 10. Goblin 11. Goblin 12. Goblin
This worked for me on the final mission as well. One of the keys to this game is using your spells wisely. Stun bog/towers and single nuke towers every round.

The Evil Rainbow's effect is best against Healers, since it will make it that you don't have to place 2 healers next to each other.

Graphics are great ,I was wondering why if when we loose a unit why can't I replace them. It would be awesome when the raiders raided a town it would go up in flames for ever time they entered.

uh i want more monstres like succubus or werewolf who are immortal ie till they are with a human partner who will detoriate withing 10-20 secs

57 looters on the final with this one simple trick. GGGHGGGGHGGG. That is really it. Stun the bog tower and just use your spells.

I was thinking "Hey, upgrading this castle reminds me of Rogue Legacy" Then I thought "Oh, I decided to play this because of Rogue Legacy..." Touche, Cellar Door Games.

Nice game until you discover that you can win only with the raiders and skills (stun, quake and heal). A real strategy is not needed, I've bested some levels in 10-15 raiders above Gold Medal only in this way. I came here cuz I love Rogue Legacy, another game from this developer, but I'm a bit disappointed.

1. NEVER USE WARLOCKS. Just stun the bog tower every wave.
2. USE ONLY GOBLINS AND HEALERS. Once you have the rainbow and circus, in this order: ggHggggggHgg. That's how I won the game easily.

I absolutely love this game. I'm a filthy casual who usually doesn't have the motivation to see a game through to the end, but I couldn't stop playing this one. And I know it's an evil castle and all, but I wish it looked less rickety.
