Some tips for you guys: Spend first on raid size, goblin HP, and mana. Farm early stages for gold medals before moving on. That will help you maximize money. Also, to maximize efficiency once you have a full raid size, alternate between goblins and helper units. I like to do elemental, turtle, healer, shielder, healer, turtle between golbins. This game is great once you know how it works and how to maximize infamy and units. 5/5!

I was walking into Mordor (pun intended) and, suddenly, I realized how the game's whole map is an exact copy of Middle-Earth. I love it, not sure how many people realized. Cheers!

elemental-turtle-golem-healer-goblin-goblin-goblin-goblin-goblin-golem-healer-turtle = for splash maps, for single target maps goblin or elemental-golem-healer-goblin-goblin-goblin-goblin-goblin-golem-healer-goblin

Another all-gold strategy: turtle - 3xelementals - rest goblins. Use stun on splash towers and heal when needed. When things get hard you should pass couple waves with only spamming quake spell without getting hit. This way you can focus on couple units and spells so you can ignore most upgrades and still get all gold.

I really wis there was an achievement for getting 100% in the throne room. Doesn't feel like I completed the game unless something says I did so...

The key to success: mammoth turtle-shield golem-healing priest-3goblin raiders-and all of them again. gets you through all gold without complications, but yea a bit boring so use the others as well ;)

I enjoy the gameplay, but progress is just way too slow. I have to re-do previous towns several times just to get enough Infamy to upgrade and be able to beat new towns. The upgrade system is interesting enough but that's slow too. I only get enough infamy from early towns to get ONE upgrade at best at a time. I'll probably stop playing after I get the 1 hour trophy because progress is just too slow for me.

A lot of the time (more for the earlier waves) the healer is simply superior to the golem. If you just do the simple subtraction, the damage on a unit minus the amount it is being healed is lower than the reduced damage on a unit protected by the golem. This remains true until about wave 4, for the beginner towers at least. Of course, the fact that healers don't stack effects gives golems a use, as you can have a golem's effect as well as a healer's on a single unit

to Kwixle, it may seem insignificant, but it stacks every wave. Normally by wave 5 they have + 75% damage, with one rank it drops to + 70%, and with all 5 it goes o +50%. That's just over what is normally wave threes difficulty.

On the one hand, this game makes you feel like that cheesy boss in most tower defense games. On the other hand, this game makes you feel like that cheesy boss in most tower defense games.

"Look! The invaders have a priest that is constantly healing them! Shall we take him down, sir? And sir, they also have an elemental that strikes lightning into our towers! And our shots seem to be dampened by that creature over there! What should we do?" "Isn't it obvious? Focus fire on the giant turtle!"

"If you could use the portal from the town to the start. Why not use it the other way around?" "It's more evil this way."
